They don't answer the phone or reply to voice mails. Impossible to actually contact them to book your car in. Edit: I was only telling it how it is, there was no malice in my review. But in light of your response I've revised my rating. It can't be easy, so here's 5 stars from me.

Huge thank you to Jo and Mark. Fantastic service for my emergency breakdown when holidaying nearby: got me back on the road super quick, did major fixes, and checked everything extremely thoroughly. Always go that extra distance to support their customers and offer an excellent and knowledgeable service in one's hour of need - to annual services, tyre changes and MOTs. Having moved to the High Peak 5 years ago we needed a garage to service and repair our vehicle , someone recommended Lawsons at whalley bridge and I have been very satisfied, Mark is a first class Mechanic and I would have no hesitation to recommend them . Mark and Jo are a great team.

He was very friendly and also followed up with a call to inform us of everything he had found. Collection and drop off of my car was perfect as myself and my partner work full time. WB Accident Repair delivered my Audi A4 Avant back recently after a bit of an accident in the snowy weather. Impeccable service from collection, claim handling with my insurance company and keeping me up to date on the works. They are an Audi approved centre (and other manufacturers) so their diagnostics of the damage and belt and braces approach means I won’t suffer down the line with hidden issues that might have been missed by other mass market insurance repair companies. You have the right to choose with your insurance claim who repairs your car!

Great Garage - had my MOT there a few months ago, and was very happy, and today they've managed to fit my old banger in (at very short notice) for a couple of things. Not only did they manage to do all of this in a day, it wasn't that expensive either - certainly very reasonable. Garage of choice for our household!

Thank you for the immediate attention and problem solving when my daughter phoned after a warning light to her Volvo’s cooling system came on prior to a long journey back to Somerset (on the hottest day recorded ever!) From initial call to return to our rented holiday cottage to vacate, approximately 25 mins plus her tyre pressures were all checked! I have used Topflight for the last 3 years and I'm very pleased with the quality of service provided and the fair attitude to charging. Paul and his bodywork expert Colin are very approachable and have an understanding of classic cars and their owners as well as the modern vehicles which are probably more their bread and butter work. I have found them to be a safe set of hands and so much better than the Main Dealers I'm committed to for my daily driver.

I have known the owner ( Steve ) for some years and he is a really decent guy. I've always found him and his team very professional and efficient. On top of this they are pleasant and always happy to go that little bit further and they keep in touch by telephone when the car is in their garage. The garage is always tidy and efficient and easily accessible … Highly recommended if you have a problem with your car or for Servicing / M.O.T.’s

Drove in without an appointment as my car suddenly went into limp mode, They luckily managed to get my car in straight away and got the issue sorted. I would highly recommend this place for any mechanical issues you’re having as they showed a massive amount of attention to detail. Nice and friendly staff and a cup of tea while I waited was the cherry on the cake! 10 out of 10!
