Recently popped by this garage with a small issue which they were able to sort immediately, even refusing payment (engine cover was dragging on the floor). Whilst I would never expect this every time, I wanted to show my appreciation with this review and will be a returning customer with future work.

My fiance's car started playing up, juddering during acceleration. They agreed to look at it, diagnosing an issue with the coil pack and spark plug, and even being able to fix it the same day. I know they won't always be able to be so quick but it's good to know that we have a nice, friendly and efficient garage close by.

This place only does quality, so if you're looking for quick, cheap, or budget repairs to bodywork, then this place might not be for you. I recommend that you go along see Nathan and take it from there.

Clutch pedal was sticking on a Sunday night, I messaged these guys at 9pm and still got a reply and booked in for the next day. They even stayed open until 10pm to make sure the job was completed and I had my car back on the day as they said. They were all so friendly and helpful nothing was too much to ask of them, I got regular updates even when they were busy. Customer service was outstanding, I would recommended these to anyone thinking of getting any sort of work done.

If the company maintains the quality of service I've received then they will deservedly be very successful. I hope they get the business from normal people who've been dissatisfied at other garages. In my opinion I've only ever heard truthful information regarding my vehicle and that trust is invaluable. Genuinely helped me at a tough time and really really appreciated. Needed an urgent repair doing. I was able to get my car over to them (with the help of breakdown), even at 8.30pm, when most garages are closed, this wasn't an issue for them. I was reassuringly told they would fix it for me the next day, they did a brilliant job. Glad I found them, excellent service and communication, very professional and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The clutch, flywheel and also four brake pads were changed on the same day. I was constantly informed during the repair process of the vehicle. Highly recommended. Best team ever.

I’ve been using Hello Dave for three years now. I’ve got a couple of elderly high mileage Toyotas that regularly need TLC and a couple of Motorcycles. Quite Frankly I think this is an excellent repair centre and I’m very glad I came across them. The receptionist is excellent and has sourced cheaper original manufacturer parts from the internet when Toyota wanted an arm and a leg and I’ve always felt properly informed and given options. When repairs have been needed a clear explanation has always been given and repair costs have always been extremely reasonable; often coming in well below my own expectations. The staff here are very approachable, friendly and caring. I love the fact that I get my motorcycles taken care of by the same people who do my cars and it’s great that some of the mechanics are as mad about their bikes as I am. I’ve made huge savings using Hello Dave and look forward to using them for many more years. Good Work Guys (and Gal ).

Great experience with Whaley bridge garage. Couldn’t find the knocking noise I’d originally heard, but great communication throughout and they eventually found it and did a quick fix. Very friendly and very happy with the price. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have been to Whaley Bridge Garage a few times now with numerous different cars. I would just like to point out a few things from this garage. Every time I visit, they look after my car and keep me up to date with everything that they are doing. They’re kind and the customer service is absolutely spot on! The garage is always clean, looking very well presented and everybody is friendly. I have absolutely 100% faith in the garage as a whole as they always act professional, caring and trustworthy. I refuse to take my cars to any other garages, as I know they will not exceed the standard of Whaley Bridge Garage. They don't answer the phone or reply to voice mails. Impossible to actually contact them to book your car in. Edit: I was only telling it how it is, there was no malice in my review. But in light of your response I've revised my rating. It can't be easy, so here's 5 stars from me.

Having moved to the High Peak 5 years ago we needed a garage to service and repair our vehicle , someone recommended Lawsons at whalley bridge and I have been very satisfied, Mark is a first class Mechanic and I would have no hesitation to recommend them . Mark and Jo are a great team.

Discovered a nail right through one of our tyres. Turned up without an appointment and got seen immediately. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They replaced two tyres for a reasonable price and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I was traveling to the Peak District for a camping trip when my tire went flat after experiencing some curb action. 🙃 I was attended to by George who was very pleasant to deal with. He provided exceptional service and offered fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Faultless service from George and the team. My Sprinter van broke down on the last day of my holiday, George agreed to look at it the same afternoon and by the following afternoon a new part had been sourced and fitted (4.5 hrs labour) for a very reasonable price. Why aren’t all garages like this?

My camper needed the turbo replacing , steve explained what they would have to do , the parts needed and cost . The result is a camper I feel confident to drive anywhere .

So this is what the potholes can do for you, broken spring, and of course to make an effective repair you need to replace both springs on the front. John and his staff soon got to work and had the car running perfectly again. I am now very pleased to say that he has passed his latest MOT with flying colours Thanks John.

Great guys, great work and great price! My FIAT Doblo van needed the EGR valve replacing quite urgently. I saw the reviews for J C Motor Services and gave them a call. They booked the van in for the following week which was great for me. Dropped the van off 9am, new parts delivered by lunchtime and fitted by early afternoon, ready to pick up by 4pm. Popped in to the garage because the handbrake wasn’t working and Rick was there to help straight away. He explained to me what had happened. Handbrake feels better then it did when I first bought the van! I also had some issues with my lights which he sorted out for me. Very nice man would highly recommend. Thanks mate.
