Another great service and experience with Glossop centre. They gave me a very fair price for timing belt / kit, water pump and service. The only issue I could say and this is me being a bit fussy… if I HAD to nit pick. It’s the communication. It’s a bit poor but in there defence they are bombed out at the minute because most garages (in our area) don’t want to know or charge stupid extortionate prices in my book. I rang them at 12 lunch for an update and they said to me ‘we will call you when it’s ready’ (like bugger off stop mithering us 😂) fair enough …busy lads I thought …. They said they would contact me when it was done. However - They forgot to contact me on the day to say that it will be in overnight and won’t be ready until the next morning. I had some work booked in (tradesman / sole trader myself) am so had to move it until the afternoon short notice with my customer…. 🫤 However they did apologise for this and this can be forgiven because it was at a time where they were bombed out mad busy and I should have allowed them 1/2 days possibly to complete the work. So maybe that’s my fault. So if you don’t mind a slightly crap communication and customer service experience but you want good solid engineers working on your vehicle that are very experienced and capable with very good workmanship and decent fair prices then use Glossop service centre. I would go back as the work was top quality and a good price. So thanks lads for a top job bailed me out of it again … just don’t expect long philosophical conversations 😂😂😂👌they ain’t for time for messing about ! 9/10 nice one. Since then I have been in for further works and they have been outstanding thank you for your help 10.10
