Could not have made up this story... I was on my way home with a van full of live Koi fish who needed to get back in a pond when I started having issues with my van. After trying at a previous garage who were too busy to help I found my way to Chapel Garage. Distraught and clueless as to what the problem was. The owner greeted me with a big smile and although obviously very busy reassured me he would try to help. He had a quick test drive before, pulling other cars off his ramp for a quick check before identifying the problem and patched up within minutes with advice as how to resolve fully. I could not be more grateful, the customer service and friendliness of both manager and staff were far beyond my expectations. Thank you again so much for your help. I will be sending you and your team a crate of beers for saving me. Distraught man with fish in the van. 👍

My daughter moved into the area from south Manchester, and not being from the area myself I was quite worried that being a young girl she’ll get ripped off. I emailed them asking for a cost for a new clutch The work was done on her car as promised on time and as per quote. When I saw her at weekend I had a quick test drive, the new clutch was spot on. I’d recommend the garage in future. A good job well done

I have to say I am somewhat astounded by the negative comments. Yesterday Ian and his team serviced my car and, after a fight to get a spare track rod end, fitted that too. This car has 106k miles on it but on a nearly 200 mile drive to Hertfordshire, it felt almost like new. Cracking service from the team at Chapel Motors and I get to support a local business to boot. Highly recommended.
