Extremely pleased with the service provided. The reception team were so lovely and friendly, they were well communicated, always kept me updated on everything I needed to know. The mechanics did an amazing job fixing my car, and also cleaning it too, especially in this weather, which I couldn't be more grateful for. It's so shiny and clean that it genuinely looks brand new! I also received my car back within a few days, with them staying later to make sure it was gotten back to me as soon as possible, which was very kind of them and I just want to say a massive thank you, because I couldn't of bared being in that other car a second longer! Highly Recommend! From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience! I was nervous heading into an insurance repair after someone hit me, but it they couldn’t have made this process any easier, actually went above and beyond collecting a drivable car to make it easier on me with two little babies would of been one more stress to deal with! Helen and Sarah in the Customer Service Team were excellent. We were provided with a very nice courtesy car for the duration of the repair and I was kept well-informed of work progress. The repair was also completed a week earlier than anticipated. All work done to a very high standard and the queries I had at the point of collection were comprehensively explained .
