These guys are amazing came all the way from Stafford to this garage and I have had no regrets. I have moved back to Derby since and use this garage again for mot and brake pads and they never disappoint. I wouldn't use another garage these are friendly and service is above and beyond. Honestly take your motors here there price won't be beaten.

Been using this garage for about 10 years, fits you in when they can and gives you the facts on what's required so that you can make a decision that you are comfortable with. Never found the costs to be overly priced either, the service received is brilliant the guys who own and work there are friendly and approachable and due to this my family members also use the garage.

I’ve been using Hello Dave for three years now. I’ve got a couple of elderly high mileage Toyotas that regularly need TLC and a couple of Motorcycles. Quite Frankly I think this is an excellent repair centre and I’m very glad I came across them. The receptionist is excellent and has sourced cheaper original manufacturer parts from the internet when Toyota wanted an arm and a leg and I’ve always felt properly informed and given options. When repairs have been needed a clear explanation has always been given and repair costs have always been extremely reasonable; often coming in well below my own expectations. The staff here are very approachable, friendly and caring. I love the fact that I get my motorcycles taken care of by the same people who do my cars and it’s great that some of the mechanics are as mad about their bikes as I am. I’ve made huge savings using Hello Dave and look forward to using them for many more years. Good Work Guys (and Gal ).

I was recommended this garage when I had a few problems with my car , I contacted Dave and he was brilliant from the start. I drove a hour to hello Dave for my car to have a check over and was told facts right from the beginning, no messing around at all. I was kept updated throughout the whole process of my car being fixed and the after care has also been amazing. I would not go anywhere else from now on. I booked my nissan juke in for a service and mot , passed MOT with a advisory the service they did was excellent it seems like a different car now back to when I purchased it 10 years ago it seems to have got more power it accelerates a lot better now even in eco mode as I found out the day after going down the M1. Fantastic service! Went in for a gear stick to be fixed and couldn't be happier. The part was discontinued from their approved suppliers and they still helped me source a part at no extra cost and got me back on the road same day. Everyone was super friendly too. Will be going back!

Brought in my s-box of a car for an MOT a few weeks ago - failed as it did need some fixing which was arranged easily, conveniently and fairly priced. The car was ready within good time as promised which I appreciate especially when I need to take time off work (not told at a later point it's not ready until the next day at the last moment etc). Staff really straightforward and friendly and easy to reach on the phone. Overall really good and I will be back with any future repairs/tests in my current car and next.

I used the garage for my recent MOT. It was booked in last minute as I was travelling and had little time to book in advance. The staff, although clearly very busy, understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. I was able to wait in the office and found everybody to be friendly and very efficient. The price was cheaper than the last garage I had an MOT and my car passed without any extra costs like bulb replacement or fob battery etc that I have had from other places. Thankyou to all at clifmere for going the extra mile and helping me when I was stuck. All I can say for the lady who answered my first call was that her level of service is exemplary.
