I used the garage for my recent MOT. It was booked in last minute as I was travelling and had little time to book in advance. The staff, although clearly very busy, understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. I was able to wait in the office and found everybody to be friendly and very efficient. The price was cheaper than the last garage I had an MOT and my car passed without any extra costs like bulb replacement or fob battery etc that I have had from other places. Thankyou to all at clifmere for going the extra mile and helping me when I was stuck. All I can say for the lady who answered my first call was that her level of service is exemplary.

Can’t fault these chaps enough. Explain things to you well that as a women you understand. Reasonably priced and always do a good job in a timely manner. Do give them a go if you need any repair work in Derby.

Fantastic.. great service, friendly staff. Tim was brilliant dealing with the service of my car.. Informed all the way of what was happening and what was needed. Would absolutely recommend. 😊
