I didn’t actually take my car here in the end as they were fully booked up (must be a good sign!) but the guy on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Volvo.

I'm happy for the previous people that used their services and have been satisfied, but my experience was quite disappointing. After booking my S60 for the auxiliary belt replacement, I've been sent back and rebooked because they haven't had the tool to perform the job. Days later I leave the car and I get the invoice with about 40£ more than initially quoted, apparently for more work hours needed. It's the first time in 15 years of possessing a car that I have to pay more than the quote price. With the hassle of coming from Nottingham to Derby and the taxi money to leave the car I ended up spending the same money as the main dealer, with the difference that I've lost 2 days to do the job. I should have been more patient and use as many suggest the Nottingham Volvo specialist.

My Volvo looked like it was on the point of no return, with predictions of expensive replacements or scrappage, but the team at Volsaa were excellent, keeping me updated regularly on their findings and mercifully finding a far cheaper solution to my predicament. They really pulled out the stops at a great price. I can't praise them enough.

I'm always cautious when taking my car to a new garage but I am nothing but happy with Volsaa! Ross sorted my car out, explained what happened, how he fixed it and above everything else was fair with pricing. Volvo charge over-the-odds for a diagnostics, where as I was able to get the issue fixed for around the same price. Support local garages, use Volsaa!
