This place is the best. Friendly considerate service and I got to lounge with their dog whilst I waited. Repairs all done, speedily, professionally, happily and at a reasonable price. Nothing not to like.

I'm so happy with the work done. They kept intouch with me and did a diagnosis and sorted it. I'm really happy I chose this garage, they explain everything to me and always give a price and work needed before it's done. I've been going to this garage for about 2 years now and I can't be any happier. All the staff are very friendly and look after us.

I would highly recommend this garage, very knowledgeable, did full service, found brake fluid was in need of changing and a nail in one tyre, checked with me first then sorted all out. Friendly and good value.

I had an issue with my air con and called and spoke to Josh. He managed to fit me in the very next day, even though they were fully booked with other jobs. It was fixed by the end of the day. I had gone camping and my car battery had died when I came to start it up. As I wasn't from the area, I looked online and found Coastwood Garage and gave them a call. Suddenly discovered after a day in Bakewell that my exhaust was no longer fully attached. Gave them a call as they were the only garage open on a Saturda afternoon. Must admit I was a little dubious driving up the lane past all the old cars but they were super friendly and extremely helpful and reattached the exhaust in a matter of minutes. Thanks 😁

I'm impressed, indeed. The only service in Matlock area that can provide free time slots to the nearest week ( in spite of the fact they have a queue of vehicles, as typically all the garages have). I had an issue with my air-con after taking it elsewhere (bad move, do not use Kwik Fit). Matt was super helpful and non judgemental. I've been coming to Colemans for years with different cars and always found them to be honest, reliable and easy to talk to. Quick to respond with queries, explain everything to ensure you understand (as a female who knows little about cars this is a breath of fresh air). Safe to say air-con is now working! Thank you.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Matt, Andy and the lads went above and beyond to fix my 10 year old Twingo. No bluster just truthful about the options and solutions. I was treated with respect and kept informed at all times which is a novel experience for an elderly woman who knows very little about cars. Colemans is without doubt the Best garage I have ever taken any of my cars too. There is no trying to kid you, no lying to get your money, they're up front and honest, skilled and knowledgeable. My reasons for knowing Coleman's are an exceptional garage are below: I have car knowledge myself, as I owned a small garage years ago before moving to this area. I did not know a single place over here where to take our cars, as I no longer want to work on them myself. We took our Range Rover L332 TDV8 to a "Specialist" in Riddings.... which was no better after the work they did costing around £1500.. giving us nothing but issues after, which apparently was nothing to do with what they had done... After goggling and reading reviews I found Coleman's Garage. I phoned and spoke to a guy named Matt. I asked him "how will they find a boost leak that I believe i have?" he answered "we have a smoke machine which pressurises the system" .....that was all I needed to know, I booked in, took the car in, they phoned us when it was done, and we never had that issue again. And so everytime we had an issue with this Range Rover it went to Colemans and came back working perfectly. We have now changed our cars, but are still taking them here as the service you honestly get is brilliant. If you have never been and wanting somewhere to trust, I will guarantee you this place will look after you. We will certainly not be going anywhere else other than here.

Quick service repaired problem with wheel and tyre for a very reasonable price. Modern waiting area, with larger furniture, and clean, modern toilet. Also very friendly.

I honestly can’t stress how amazing these lads are. I have many mot stations around my area but will travel 40 minutes away any day to have my car done with them. Outstanding service every time. I have been coming here for years for my mot and service. I totally messed up today and only booked in for MOT but wanted a Service to. No problem at all. The got it done in no time. They show me around the car and and will be honest if I need something. Upon looking at my tyres they reminded my back ones have a low tred but will last me at least 6 months so no pressure selling trying to get money out of you. If you want excellent service for very reasonable prices from a family friendly garage then Steve and Vinny are your guys. thanks for always making sure the car is safe for the family.

Been using this garage for a few years. The guys are always upbeat and give good advice. On a couple of Mots there have been minor things that they have fixed as they went, and so didn't have the hassle of taking the car back for re-test. Highly recommend for great service and affordable prices.

As a lorry driver,the last few weeks of fuel issues has been a constant issue. Having done a delivery to Dove Holes near Buxton,the hunt was on for fuel on the return trip. I've passed Ladywood regularly,and kept it in the memory banks as it takes the fuel cards we use. This proved to be a garage that has not run out of fuel during this problem time and the first one I've come across in years that still serves you and fills your tank,exceptional service all round.

I've been taking my 25 year old bmw to Ladywood garage for the last few of years and I can honestly say the care they take and the service they provide is second to none. I will continue to use Ladywood for all my service and MOT work.

Very pleased with work done on my triumph vitesse but let down by after sales as could not get it started.Faulty solanoid fitted or thought it was would not come to my place to sort it so had to do it myself.
