Absolutely spot on! We’ve stayed at 2 of the 3 venues they offer now and never have awe been disappointed. Upgraded room, lovely relaxing atmosphere and comfortable environment… really does feel like a home from home with a luxury touch. The food is superb and very good value and the team are lovely, warm and relaxed. We can’t wait to try the next venue and come back for another visit! Pros: Plesantly surprised with the room size & Decor. Cons: Alike other reviews stating, big lack of space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The floors weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. (Petty mention, the water jug in the room was sparkling). Conclusion: For a 1 night stay, it’s a plesant place to stay. Good size carpark. Dinner & Breakfast was a 3.7/5 overall, deduction mainly due to what seemed like the restaurant was understaffed.

We had our Daughters wedding reception at The Hare and Hounds last weekend, the staff were amazing, they could not do enough to help and make everyone feel so welcome. The food was very good, the rooms were excellent, it made for a very special day and evening. The facilities there worked really well with our own bar area, restaurant that turned into an ideal evening entertainment area. The Chef was very attentive making sure we were happy and the Manager Max and events manager Dani were incredible they did not stop working to ensure we had a great time. I recommend this to anyone looking for a family event or wedding for up to 70 people. Thanks very much Max and Dani.

We have visited for Sunday lunch and OMG what a meal it was. Incredible lamb, perfectly roasted potatoes, delicious trimmings. I’m very picky when comes to food and that was best Sunday roast I’ve had in a long time. Already looking forward to next visit. The pub is really lovely, full of character, very quick service and chef deserve a pay rise. Definitely 5/5⭐️

We booked to stay in this lovely coach inn, not expecting it to be so quaint and welcoming. We arrived early and were greeted by Max and colleagues who were genuinely the most welcoming we have ever experienced. Really uplifting start to our two night break from busy lives. Max managed to get our room ready an hour before checkin and went above and beyond by walking us to our room. He was really personable, kind and knowledgeable without the act (really genuine). We had dinner in the bar area and nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after by Gracie, who was very accommodating to my wife changing sides and checking with the kitchen staff. We still have another night and can’t wait to come back next time with our son and dog. Looking forward to the rest of our stay and experiencing breakfast which runs from 7-11 each day so able to have a longer than usual lay in and as parents, this is much appreciated!!!
