We stayed one night in the King Executive Garden Room. It was huge!! Great facilities and friendly/professional host. Beautiful house, extremely well presented and tastefully decorated. We all enjoyed our stay and slept well. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the best coffee! Thank you for having us x

What a wonderful b&b! We absolutely lucked out by finding this great place. Lesley was such a wonderful host and was so friendly and welcoming. I would 1000% recommend staying here. We stayed at Apple Tree Place when visiting friends locally. The B&B is modern, clean and Lesley was a great host. Had easy check in, nice room and a delicious breakfast. Beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep. Good value and - great hint - book direct for a discount vs other platforms! We will be staying again next time in the area! Many thanks :)

We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding at Silchester Farm. It was an easy 7 minute drive away. The whole place was clean, modern and had everything you could want. The breakfast was really good too with eggs from the resident chickens! Lesley was a great host and couldn’t do enough for you. We even got to meet the dog Ted and Harry the cat 😄. Would definitely recommend this lovely little b&b.
