Had a lovely meal in here. I was very impressed with the whole restaurant. It has loads of history all around the place. You can sit at a table or in a carriage. We sat inside a carriage. All the staff were very helpful. The other customers were fun too. We had a cheese and bacon omelette for £8.95 and a tuna and mayo sandwich £5.85 also some drinks it came just under £20. We booked a table. I would recommend booking a table. This restaurant has everything, great food and great train history. A definite place to check out

Victorian style at its best, so well thought out and decorated. A cafe with style and atmosphere. Great food, staff and decor.
We got a train from Urmston to Irlam just 6 mins. Then we had a lovely lunch and drinks at this great cafe.
Good food and fantastic service. Not a great selection of real ale.
What a fabulous place, so many pieces of railway memorabilia. The station cafe is lovely with a warm welcome and great atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
