The Best Cafes in Lowton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom (2025)

Ordered 2 English breakfasts, came out in 5 minutes lovely and hot, tasted very fresh, bacon was lovely. Our first time and will definitely be back!

We hired the lake for a Christmas wreath making class and it was just the perfect Christmasy setting, fires going Prosecco on ice and fluffy blankets to sit on and even some Christmas music thank you for being so accommodating as always partridge lakes

Had a bagel and a barm for breakfast, both tasted lovey. Latte could be stronger with more coffee, hot chocolate is nice though. Lovely view both in and outdoors. Tables could have been wiped more regularly since not all people would clear after their meals, ended up clearing an unfinished barm left behind by others.

Partridge lakes hosted a wreath making afternoon under the tent for around 15 of us. It was the most amazing venue, food, drinks, service and atmosphere were beyond perfect, and they did everything they could to accommodate us. It was a huge hit and will be booking for every social event. Would highly recommended. Thank you to Barbie and her team for going over and above as normal.

What a beautiful venue , we hired for our Christmas wreath making event and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The setting , the lights , the atmosphere the food and drinks were second to none! Will definitely be hiring again for our next event !

I visited Kenyon hall farm with my 17 month old twins and my 2 cousins. We had a great day out. The pumpkin patch wasn’t too busy so we could easily walk round and pick our pumpkins. There were loads of photo opportunities which we loved! The pumpkin tunnel had a huge variety of pumpkins to choose from too (I bought loads!) and they’ve all lasted so much longer than the supermarket ones. We ate at the cafe which was lovely and we were all amazed by the e farm shop (I can’t wait to visit again!) we will definitely be back in the near future for other events or even just just visit the farm shop. LOVE Kenyon Hall! We’ve picked pumpkins, been a junior farmer, welly walked, picked fruit and probably sampled half of the cafe & shop by this point. Every season is the best season to visit Kenyon Hall Farm. It is slightly further out for us than other similar places but so worth the drive out. All of the staff are super friendly and really informative in a fun and engaging way on the junior farmer sessions.

It was beautiful and lovely setup. Many freshly made food and ingredients are sold. When we went, it was near the end of November and the Christmas related items were on sale in as well as outdoors. Food was gorgeous and sort or reasonably priced. We will visit again definitely!

We’ve visited Kenyon Hall Farm twice now, once for strawberry picking and another for pumpkin picking. We absolutely love it. It is huge! Incredible value. The farm shop is lovely as is the cafe and all of the staff! They also have a children’s play area outside that my son loves, especially the play tractor. 🚜 would definitely recommend and will be back very soon.

The ladies in there are all super friendly despite looking rather busy at times! I didn't preorder but the sandwiches were made quick, great value for money with lovely fresh bread and tasty fillings. I've made it a weekly custom now! The sausages are a great treat in the morning, I've been told they are locally sourced too, definitely an extra plus from me for small businesses helping small businesses!

Can't beat a good bacon butty from this place. The ladies working here are very friendly and are very quick to serve. If you're ever walking past this place and are feeling quite peckish, you would be very wise to head on in and grab something to eat.

Absolutely love it here. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely value for money. My 3 year old had so much fun he didn't want to leave

Had our daughter’s birthday here today, fantastic time had by all! Staff so welcoming and helpful, they took everything off our hands and the party was well run - can tell they have lots of experience. Worth the money. Party host (Evie?) made our daughter feel very special. Staff took dietary/allergies seriously and triple checked everything. Definitely booking again. Thank you.

This is a really lovely soft play centre with genuine welcoming smiles! The team are very pleasant, friendly and professional, resulting in a vibe that says nothing is too much trouble. We choose the family pizza which was freshly prepared and tasty with far more chips than we could manage! In short, hats off to the team, if only more soft play centres were as good as TreeTops

Had my daughter’s 6th birthday here tonight, booking everything was easy, clear and they were all very welcoming and professional when we arrived. Lydia who was our party host was very new at her role but was exemplary, the children all loved her and she made sure everything went seamlessly with loads of fun for all the children. Food was on time, hot, everywhere was clean and safe, super organised and made everything stress free so we could just enjoy the event. Our 13 year old (who is about 6ft 2) was fuming he wasn’t allowed on the soft play he was desperate to have a go 😂 would thoroughly recommend for parties and general visits, can’t wait to go back xxx
