I have had a lovely experience today. First of all Lewis on the carvery was very attentive and knowledgeable. All the food was full, fresh and very tasty with lots of options available. We all was served with a smile.
The atmosphere was lovely, lots of family gatherings celebrating different occasions.
We all will be back again very soon.
We went for a family lunch today, the food was excellent, very friendly, polite and pleasant staff, the manager, I think, came round and asked everyone if everything was OK with the meals , which was great customer care.
Was quite busy for a Tuesday lunchtime. 1 of us had the carvery without meat and we had the beef and ale pie, pastry just right, and plenty of beef.
Buffet breakfast was very good, very fresh. Got there for opening time on a Sunday and there was no delay at the tills, nor was there a queue at the buffet. Catered for a decent sized group of us with no problem. Will be back.
Stopped at this place for charging and just thought of getting some food for the kids but to our surprise all the food was reasonable and also of great quality. Kids loved this place because of the little play area inside so they are not bored of waiting!! Great place with good food, lovely staff, friendly atmosphere and also a fast charging station in front.
Pre-booked for family BD lunch. Pre-booking is a must as it gets really bisy on the weekend. Decent sized carpark but it gets full quick. Food decent with good portion sizes but not amazing quality, especially the steaks. Fast easy service ordering on the app. Staff are nice and attentive. It is on flat ground making it suitable for disabled. The only criticism is that it needs a good deep clean (tables very sticky) and redecoration.
