5 star as you deserve. The service is amazing, every single member of the team are kind and friendly, not one single bad vibe of anyone ever. This sets you apart from the rest of the lounges in the area. When it comes to customer service you are number 1. Management here are extremely professional, they go around to each table asking if everything is okay, if there are any issues they deal with them, this is what a good manager does, amazing job. This review comes from someone who works in IT but also has experience in Hospitality, to see how this place functions so well you guys deserve the praise. Shisha… amazing! You can taste the difference, my fav, if not the best Shisha in Curry Mile!

Today was my first time in Al Qaza and I had one of the best nights of the year. The music was great and the customer service was the best I have ever had in a shisha lounge. I met a friendly man called Arbaz who went above and beyond to make this a memorable night. I will definitely be returning to Al Qaza.
