Had our wedding here back in May! I can not fault the place at all. Venue amazing,views amazing and service amazing! Everyone loved the food and we all still talk about it now! The whole planning the wedding process with the team was so easy,always reply quickly to emails and even made some last minute changes the day before. So accommodating for us as a couple and the people who had special meal requirements. They made the whole thing so so easy which is exactly what any bride planning her wedding needs. Thank you so so much I wish I could plan it all over again with you all!

The Fleece - A Country Gem ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited The Fleece recently, and it’s safe to say this charming country pub exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel like old friends. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring we had the best experience possible. The cozy atmosphere combined with rustic charm made it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch. The food was delightful – hearty, delicious, and just what you’d hope for from a quintessential country pub. The staff’s attention to detail, whether it was quick service or thoughtful recommendations, truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place with incredible hospitality, great food, and a welcoming vibe, The Fleece is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return!

I have eaten here about 5 times now and I absolutely love this place. The food is awesome, the service is spot on and if you sit out back the views are pretty nice too. I went on a Monday at about 4pm and a lot of the menu was half price so that was an extra bonus.

We got married at the Fleece in October 24, the staff were so helpful, the day ran like a well oiled machine! The food was lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Thanks again to the Fleece for such a wonderful day

Such a fantastic location looking down the valley. The room was lovely and the girlfriend was over the moon for her birthday. Super choices for dinner and a great breakfast, all cooked and presented well. All staff were welcoming, polite and chatty. Room 5 with its freestanding bath is superb.
