I really like this quaint little bar in Cheadle Hulme. Always a good choice of beer, with Dortmunder seeming to be the resident one - fine by me! Cocktails are pretty decent and the atmosphere is good. You can tell this place is ran/owned by interior designers as the decor is lovely. The toilets are impeccably clean. In the local area, Inventery are second only to Archive in my opinion, which wins on sheer choice of beers/spirits - but I always fit both in on a night out!
FANTASTIC comedy night. 2 bar staff for 50 customers is not good. Great coffee's Good two cocktail discounts. Tasty cooked snacks Bar service..could do with a smile occasionally and customer interaction. Been here a couple of times lately during the day for coffee and have not received table service like they used to do.
I like this place - it’s dog-friendly (outside at least) and it has a good range of drinks (they have a good range of rums that staff gave me advice about). Service is friendly and efficient. The only problem I’ve ever encountered is when we visited on a Saturday evening and they had a DJ playing really loud music - didn’t get that as no-one was dancing and people were just sat drinking straining to hear what other people were saying.
