Amazing !! We go here every year for my brothers birthday and the servers are AMAZING and the food is just as good! I had the phoenix which was so yummy and really filling, can't wait to come again! I also recommend trying the scrambled egg and salmon!
We (American & Brit living in MCR) brought our American visitors to Moose Coffee for Brunch last week before heading out on a busy day of a Manchester walking tour. We all enjoyed our coffee drinks and hearty brunch although a bit disappointed we couldn’t make the slightest substitution (can’t add cheese to eggs - which is very American btw). Nonetheless, the food arrived hot and tasty and we were not rushed at all, which was a nice feeling. My husband especially enjoyed the Bronx Brunch and singled out the hash as being particularly delicious and I thought the side of avocado was ripe and delicious and the portion was enough to share with 3 of us. The staff are friendly, decor is fun and the vibe is cool. We all enjoyed ourselves and we’d recommend to others but definitely make reservations if you’re going on a weekend or lunch as there’s limited seating. Busy busy on a Tuesday afternoon so imagine weekends! Not as ‘American’ as advertised but streaky bacon so we were happy. Overall a nice place for good, fresh food and good coffee in Manchester, and very clean too.
American style pancakes. Large, sweet, and delicious. They also do savoury pancakes. The place is quite popular, with limited seating, so you might end up queueing without a booking. Only a single toilet like in typical coffee shop, when the place is more structured like a cafe/bistro. They need more restrooms.
