Delivery order. I must say, I am so very pleasantly surprised that I had to post a review midway eating these! What strikes me the most is how generous the portions are for the price. Then when I took a bite of that chicken dumpling, you can tell how carefully home-crafted these dumplings are with a fantastic tasty filling. Now the bento box is again absolutely generous, healthy and delicious. I haven't tried the bao bun yet but I'm pretty sure it will be perfect as well. This will be definitely be my go-to place from now on.

This is literally my canteen! You can never find anywhere has such a good food taste with cheap price! The couples are super nice as well🥹

Flavours and textures are so yummy. Absolutely delicious food - the rice with chicken+veg / pork, different dumplings and buns I have tried are all fantastic. Hidden gem.

This cafe is so simple and the food and drinks are all made fresh. Lovely service and affordable prices. I always have the full English breakfast here with some coffee or juice.

From the first i moved to this area i was very happy about this cafe near me. I hadn’t had such a tasty and professional coffee for a long time. The atmosphere is very cozy and you feel at home with such a nice hospitality.

I absolutely love By Max cafe. The staff are always friendly, the owner is very welcoming. The atmosphere is sophisticated but relaxed. I would highly recommend trying the cafe! We had pastries and a sausage roll. All of them were delicious, especially the sausage roll with tomato sauce was incredibly nice! My hus said that he would like to have a bucketful of sauce🤣 Thank you, Max!

The service here was amazing - we wanted to ask about the seasonal special drinks and they took their time to thoroughly explain the options to us. We ended up getting the summer seasonal orange latte and strawberry mocha and both were fresh and delicious. The English breakfast was also excellent and they have vegetarian options! Overall, the staff were very hospitable and I would love to come back again.

One of the best English breakfast I’ve had, and it’s halal which is amazing!!, as most places aren’t. the staff were also lovely and really nice. Only downfall was sometimes it was too loud inside and a lot of people were speaking loudly including the singer which was performing Christmas songs in here. I know that it isn’t the cafes fault however it slightly ruined me enjoying my meal, as I could hear about everyone’s lives in their conversations. Other than that 10/10 recommendations & will try to come back at a more quieter less busy time.

I came here for lunch today and I was really impressed with the quirky look of the place. It was very busy too, which means it must be a popular local. I had the Mexican Chicken Sandwich (with cheese and onions), which was very tasty😋Last week I had the Chicken Tikka Sandwich, which was excellent 👌🏽 I also had the Pistachio Latte, which I enjoyed 😋 Overall, I really recommend coming here. The food is good and the ambience is very nice. I was served by Kian, who's a very friendly guy and definitely adds to the overall vibe of the place 😊

A gorgeous little coffee shop with a delightful atmosphere. The baristas are very welcoming and hospitable. Spent the day working and drinking delicious coffeee. Also they cater for vegans which is such a treat.

I’ve loved this little spot since I first stumbled in for some lunch between running some errands and I now go in whenever I’m local. The whole team are super friendly, and really make you feel welcome. The food is lovely, they have a selection of drinks that I didn’t know even existed, and they’re happy to cater to specific requests. The atmosphere is lovely and I’ll happily keep coming back whenever I’m in the area. My little ones got a free ice lolly when my youngest announced it was his birthday month recently. Such a lovely gesture.

Had ice latte, hash brown, mushroom and egg Benedict :) nice big portion and the largest hash brown I’ve ever had 😜 I though staff was joking when I ordered 5 that it is huge 😂 (still no left overs 🤣). Staffs were all nice and nice cozy seems very local places 👍🏻

This small cafe is a gem in my neighbourhood. Cozy and welcoming vibe and the guy attending (I think he is the owner) is super friendly and always ensuring you are happy with the food. I just had a delicious vegan breakfast and truly enjoyed the last vibe and nice atmosphere. Fully recommended

Fantastic restaurant, went with my boyfriend for a breakfast date. the staff was all very sweet and the atmosphere was fantastic! The food was also very delicious. I had a fruit salad, very delicious! My boyfriend had a breakfast roll! The portions are huge, so great place to come when really hungry!!!

Really nice 😊 new cafe here in Acton Gardens area. Love the interior design. Really cool music played on the background. Very good quality of the coffees. Not busy during week time. Nice prices for the really good quality beverages. Love all of the details. You can come here and work as they got many power plugs 🔌 and good WiFi. Didn’t tried cakes 🍰 but they all look delicious 🤤 same with pastry 🥐 Air conditioner works amazing which is a massive plus during hot summer 🤩

Hidden cafe, amongst a couple of gyms. Cosy vibes and the lights and mood change going into the evening. Fairly new cafe so not well known by everyone. Great place for a work meeting. Laptop friendly cafe too! I got the red velvet cake and a hot chocolate and it was not too pricey for what it was.

A descent cafe with beautiful interior. The staff was pretty slow in serving all the people - it took us around 5-10 mins in the queue (although there only were 2-3 people in front of us) and another 5-10 min to get us the order. The brownie was good and cappuccino was descent as well, neither were exceptional though. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and there were plenty of room to seat. Most of the food is sweet stuff but there were some savoury sandwiches as well. Prices were reasonable

Mint Café is the locals' gem in Acton! The ambience is so nice and their coffee, natural juices, cakes (the carrot cake is to die for!) Are delicious!!!. I haven't tried their savoury things or teas yet, but I have noticed people order them all the time. The service is very good! Randy directly by the owner, he makes sure everyone is served well and timingly. I am really happy to have this place opened in the area!

Best coffee and brunch / lunch locally. Awesome spot with super friendly staff. Also, there’s loads more space to sit downstairs - so don’t be put off by the small upstairs.

We went for brunch on a Saturday morning. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Got the Acton Smash with a flat white and both were perfect. They even gave us free Anzac biscuits and a flat white because it took them a bit to bring our dishes. It actually didn’t take them that long! I will definitely go back!

What a lovely cafe in Acton. I'd never walked past this road as usually stopped at Java Fusion at the top, which is also a gem on this street, but decided to check this place out. The interior was amazing, the service, impeccable and the food and drink were awesome, so do pop by and share your love. I had the matcha latte, which was made perfectly, definitely one of the best made one I've had in a long time. I also had a Churchfield smash, which is smashed avo with feta cheese, tomatoes, with chilli, watercress and balsamic glaze. They have lots more on the menu, from shakes, to bowls to meat pies.

Nice brunch cafe offering proper Australian brunch. Friendly staff. We sat outside but the seating and table situation is not great. The tables are way too low to eat off. We had to use the stools as makeshift tables (they were also too low). There is also seating inside. The coffee is decent and the menu is exciting compared to wahts around in Acton. If you like a full English, probably not the place for you as the menu is on the healthier side of the scale. I had the Hello Blue Bowl which was really good. Would absolutely go back again. The outside seating is my only gripe. Recommended place to have a breakfast/brunch Australian style. Acton really needed a place like this.

Extremely lovely little cafe,service was excellent,staff nice and friendly,food was great I had the bacon and cheese omelette with salad and toast and it was fantastic I would say to the staff though there is only one brown sauce and only one ketchup and they don’t have them otherwise great place.
