Can’t recommend this salon enough. Spent ages trying to find a salon that would consistently do my hair the way I wanted it, but now I’ve found my go to. Staff are always lovely ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing from start to finish. The girls were all lovely. Rachel took the time to really understand how I wanted my hair to look. I’ve only ever come out of a salon feeling happy with my hair twice, and on both occasions it was with Rachel! Couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t wait to come back.🫶🏼

The team and salon are so well put together and nice I was surprised to find out it was relatively new! I've had two lovely cuts from Rachel, including a brand new style and at a very reasonable price! Really chuffed this salon is a stone's throw from me and I plan to get my hair done more regularly than I've ever done before. It's so friendly I'll bring my children along for trims too next time! X

First time customer today. Rachel has done exactly what I wanted. A lovely colour using foils and a trim. Very happy with the end results. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend Rachel. The salon is easy to find with parking close by. Lovely and clean inside.

Excellent waxing treatment and service by Kloudia, who is such a lovely lady - very sincere and welcoming. She made me feel completely at ease. I have had many waxes by different therapists over the past 20 years and Kloudia was certainly one of the best, if not the best. Kloudia has great expertise and experience with waxing, explaining everything clearly and tailoring the treatment to my own hair type. She clearly cared about the health of my skin and took care and attention to use suitable waxes as needed for different body parts. So many other waxing technicians in my experience don’t care or know how to protect the skin but for Kloudia it was a priority. As a lady with Pakistani hair growth, many waxing therapists have not been confident or competent enough to undertake the treatment to get a good result and have made me feel very uncomfortable. For Kloudia it was no big deal and “ just normal” in her words, which made me feel at ease and confident for the treatment. The salon and treatment room was very clean. Kloudia clearly valued providing a sanitary environment for her clients to ensure their health and safety, which was very important to me. I will definitely be going back to Kloudia and would highly recommend her.

The salon is clean and has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere that you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Kloudia is incredibly warm and friendly, instantly putting you at ease. Her skill and attention to detail really stand out as she takes her time to ensure everything is done to perfection and checks in throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with how things are going. The care she puts into her work always leaves me feeling confident and satisfied. I would 100% recommend!!

I have been going to Kloud’s Salon a few times now for waxing and she always makes me feel welcome and comforted. Her salon is always clean, professional and she always provides a quick and sufficient service. I will definitely be visiting again and I would recommend her to anyone.

The Danish mother and daughter team are wonderful. They work so well together and are both so welcoming and friendly. Their hair styling, colouring and cutting skills are top class and they both share their knowledge of hair care with clients, something that none of my previous hairdressers have told me before so I now know more about looking after my hair to achieve its best styling potential. I have also had all of my 3 daughter's hair cuts done here. My two youngest have had their 1st haircut today and the ladies have taken their photo and kept their locks of hair to put on a certificate and laminate for a beautiful keepsake! I highly recommend this salon, it even has a little corner for the kiddies to keep entertained so you can relax knowing they're occupied.

My daughter had a pamper party here for her 10th birthday, they all absolutely loved it. Was a great service at a very reasonable price, highly recommend :)

Simply amazing! My hair was in a bad way when I arrived to the salon, concerned I may need to have a very bug cut and a different colour altogether, they worked there magic and left me with amazing hair! Super pleased I will be continuing to return every 8 weeks! Thank you again.

Took our 2 and 4 year old for their first proper haircuts and had a wonderful experience. The children had a great time, choosing their own TV to watch and toys to look at and the haircuts are great. They're both delighted- especially with the hair chalk, lolly and balloon!

I have been going to Beauty and the ink for years and would recommend it to anyone. The team are well experienced and the quality of care is excellent. I have my lashes done every 3 weeks by Liv and always get so many compliments on how natural they look. I have had my laser done by Charlotte and have been so impressed by the results.

I travel from the other side of Manchester to visit Laura at Beauty and the Ink and also to her new salon Laura Ashley Aesthetics. I can not recommend Laura highly enough. A lovely lady, amazingly knowledgeable beauty treatment provider, and a successful businesswoman. A truly beautiful soul. Oh, and Laura does fine line tattoos as well!

I always look forward to my fortnightly visits to see Alex to get my nails done! I can't fault her one bit!

Friendly and helpful hairdressers with great beauty options too. Paige was able to find time to do my hair for an event at very short notice during the busy period before Christmas, and Kim who does beauty is lovely and very reasonably priced. It's a great place, everyone is friendly and does a good job. The only downside is that parking isn't especially easy but I've been told they're trying to make space around the back.

Amazing staff, they make you feel so welcome. The results are amazing. I highly recommend as i am a loyal customer. They are amazing with children. They've cut my serverly Autistic Daughters hair and were super patient with her :) such a tight close knit family. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5* :)

So friendly and welcoming! My 9 year old daughter was having her first hair cut and donating it to Little Princess Trust. We were not charged for the cut and told to add it to our donation. The cut looks beautiful too

So happy with my hair. I had travelled to Stockport to attend a wedding reception on 9/2/19. Just chose this place by fluke to have my hair done. I'm so glad I did; I wish I could remember the lady's name who did my hair, she was just wonderful. Made every effort to make me feel comfortable and took note of every point I made of how I wanted my finished look. She even made sure that I was able to sit away from the windows and took my upstairs in a more cosy area...Thank you so much!

They are always happy to chat and offer hints and suggestions which are suited to you as an individual. I always get my hair cut by Chrissy who does an excellent cut. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly. I have known some of the staff for years and Gemma and Chrissy are two of the best amongst the other hairdressers who work there who are equally the best as well.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have called the salon asking for a quick consultation and the owner was super accomodating, she understood perfectly what I wanted and she quickly booked an appointment for me. She gave me lot of advice about the treatments, what product to use and she was honest about the result and what to expect. What can I say. Her blowdry is the BEST and made me feel like I was back home, she is definitely a perfectionist. I actually cant wait to go back, thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Italian Touch salon, where Serena performed a transformative keratin treatment on my 4C coily hair. Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus I kept getting asked by Serena and her staffs if I need a cup of coffee or water or tea or anything. I felt really welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend Italian Touch salon for all hair types. Serena’s professionalism and skill have truly made a significant difference in my hair care routine.

I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

All of the staff are lovely but Hannah is amazing. She has managed to rectify a disastrous hair cut from a previous salon and get me well on the way to having the hairstyle I want. She listens, then takes great time and care to give you the very best service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the cappuccino is the best.

I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. I've been to her twice now for a colour and cut and both times she's done a really lovely job. I felt like my hair was in safe, experienced hands. And the prices are so reasonable too! The new salon is gorgeous and has very comfortable seating and backwash. They have the most amazing hair straighteners too - they left my hair so smooth (and I'm someone who's always struggled with frizz). I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

We were let down by a nearby salon and the ladies at Gloss managed to squeeze in my very upset little girl despite being busy! I can’t say enough good things about the salon, and Maria who cut my daughter’s hair. They all made her feel really special and her hair cut was fantastic!
