The salon is clean and has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere that you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Kloudia is incredibly warm and friendly, instantly putting you at ease. Her skill and attention to detail really stand out as she takes her time to ensure everything is done to perfection and checks in throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with how things are going. The care she puts into her work always leaves me feeling confident and satisfied. I would 100% recommend!!

I have been going to Kloudia for almost 2 years now for waxing. Each time she makes me feel relaxed and welcomed and creates a safe space in her salon! She’s very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, providing the best service every time. She does her job efficiently and throughly with great results each time. She is very clean and hygienic. She always explains what she’s going to do and always has a friendly face ! I would highly recommend her, as I have to many of my friends who have started going to her. Excellent waxing treatment and service by Kloudia, who is such a lovely lady - very sincere and welcoming. She made me feel completely at ease. I have had many waxes by different therapists over the past 20 years and Kloudia was certainly one of the best, if not the best. Kloudia has great expertise and experience with waxing, explaining everything clearly and tailoring the treatment to my own hair type. She clearly cared about the health of my skin and took care and attention to use suitable waxes as needed for different body parts. So many other waxing technicians in my experience don’t care or know how to protect the skin but for Kloudia it was a priority. As a lady with Pakistani hair growth, many waxing therapists have not been confident or competent enough to undertake the treatment to get a good result and have made me feel very uncomfortable. For Kloudia it was no big deal and “ just normal” in her words, which made me feel at ease and confident for the treatment. The salon and treatment room was very clean. Kloudia clearly valued providing a sanitary environment for her clients to ensure their health and safety, which was very important to me. I will definitely be going back to Kloudia and would highly recommend her.
