I had an amazing experience at THEE NORAH today! She did a fantastic job with my hair colour ( high lights ) it turned out absolutely beautiful, just the way I wanted. The cut was perfect, and the blow-dry gave my hair such a gorgeous finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, attentive, and really understood what I was looking for. Can’t recommend enough!!! This place absolutely transformed my hair from a bleach fail that was bright orange to a beautiful platinum blonde in less than five hours!!! I was so worried to get help, as I thought I’d be judged But the ladies were so kind and considerate. It was very decently priced and the transformation is just amazing!!
