I’ve been feeling run down for a few weeks after a cold, and with a half marathon coming up I felt like I really needed a boost of vitamins. I went with the IV drip with B Complex + C for that reason because I want to feel hydrated and more energetic. I’ve had no issues or side effects, no bruising or marks, and I had loads of energy to get me through the half marathon! Rachael was lovely and welcoming and very gentle!
