David has done an absolutely incredible job at my highlights, so so pleased with how it’s turned out. I asked to brighten up my blonde, whilst blending in with my roots to keep it low maintenance - and that’s exactly what’s he’s done. In love with the low lights that have been put through my hair as well as the brighter face framing pieces to help give my hair some definition. Jenny did an amazing cut as always, lovely face framing pieces :))

Such a great team! Whoever cuts my hair always does a great job. Listens to what I want and cuts to a high standard. Great care is taken and cuts are not rushed. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

My experience at Undone470 was fantastic. I originally called and explained I needed guidance as I hadn't had my hair coloured for a long time. Patrick was very understanding and booked me with Shauna and Jenny. When I went to my appointment, I was so pampered. The team really knows how to look after their customers. I was very happy with my hair but wasn't sure about the way the colour turned out. Shauna wasn't happy with it so she asked me to come back for it to be redone. And again, I was pampered and the final result was amazing. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this team enough!

Cannot thank Patrick and his team enough! Had booked my hair and makeup for a big family occasion, and just before my appointment got a bad case of hayfever! Turned up with severe swollen eyes and was so upset. Patrick calmly said ‘we can fix this’ and he did. He ran out for cucumbers to make my eyes go down, whilst my hair was beautifully blow dried. When Patrick did my make up. He did such a good job, you couldn’t tell I’d had hayfever.. I am hugely thankful!!!

What a lovely find! Recently moved to the area, on my first experience at the salon was made to feel very welcome by all staff, what a lovely bunch of people. Can put your trust in their hands to do a great job! Very happy with my cut and my bouncy blow dry looked perfect! Will be back, thank you
