Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. I come here for my eyebrows and Norah does the best job ever. She spends her time making sure they look perfect and even. 10/10 recommendation, she is such a lovely woman!
