I came in for a consultation for hair loss/alopecia. I have 4c hair and there isn’t many hairdressers who specialise in type 4 hair or know how to manage it, however, I felt at such ease. Helen who done my consultation had a wealth of knowledge and was so friendly. I have not experienced such great customer service from a hair salon in probably forever so I will definitely forever recommend this hair salon and also to those that have type 4 hair

I have curly hair, my daughter's have afro/coily hair. On the phone Helen was lovely, very friendly and approachable. We'd had a very bad experience ELSEWHERE. Helen and Sharon were knowledgeable and reassuring. They listened and suggested and all our curly cuts were lovely. I'll be booking again soon for the girls to have box braids.

A lovely salon with very professional staff. I always have Sharon do my hair and she is great. Reasonable price & looks after me well. I am there quite a while as I have my hair dyed - it always looks great when it's done. The free prosecco or cuppa is a nice touch too. Highly recommended.

What can I say?! An amazing experience from start to finish. I’d decided to go au natural several months ago. After a chance meeting with Sharon who told me about the wonderful work at the salon, I decided to have them help me on my road to natural beauty. Fives, my stylist, was so creative and enthusiastic throughout and I can honestly say I’m thrilled with my new do!! Lots of tips and tricks to style my hair at home. Compliments in abundance (it helps) and a wolf whistle as I left the salon too😊. Great location, stylish decor with music for the soul. Relaxed atmosphere, with good choice of refreshments.
