My 16 month old girl attended and had her first hair cut at roots salon. Bethan cut her hair and she was patient and understanding and interacted with my little girl so that she remained calm throughout :) it was a lovely experience. I had my hair cut by Bethan few days after my girl and I felt listened when discussing what I want. Whilst there, the conversation flew smoothly, which is a big deal to me as I usually dread the small talk at hairdressers! I will be returning and recommending the salon to others:)
Great experience, go to the salon regularly and near to where I live. Sarah is lovely great hairdresser makes you feel comfortable and great to have a chat with!! When I showed Sarah the picture of what I'd like my hair to look like, it was accurate suited well 😌😌 highly recommended Root's salon.
