Nicky always makes me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. Nicky talks through what she is going to do before going ahead. A last minute appointment, we were grateful she could wash, trim and straighten my daughters hair ready for starting a new year at school the day after. I would highly recommend Nicky!
