I have been a customer of Simone’s for more than 25 years for waxing, facials and massages etc, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Aromatherapy facials are amazingly luxurious and her massages are fantastic at getting rid of any tension. Simone’s has everything in place to keep you safe from Covid-19.

I regularly go to Simone for my massages, she a lovely lady and her massages are the best.. I would not go anywhere else... always come out feeling relaxed, it’s a lovely atmosphere as well.. would definitely recommend ..

I have been having various treatments with Simone for many years. I always look forward to my regular back massages and have recommended her to lots of people in need of a thorough tailor made treatment. The salon is immaculate and a lovely retreat. The products are top quality and the treatments are good value with a professional, friendly service.

I’ve been going to Simone for over 3years now, she’s amazing, sorts my back issues out every time. Sitting at a desk 5 days a week doesn’t help therefore I keep a regular appointment to help ease my back problems. Simone is very friendly and gives me advice on what to do to eliminate the problem in between visits. I certainly recommend Simone.

First visit today and such a lovely place/space. Alysia was so friendly and really took her time to do a beautiful set of nails with nail art. Very reasonable with pricing also. Really recommend

I've been here a few times now for a massage and every time it is absolutely fantastic! By far the best massage I've ever had. The bed is heated and I always come away feeling amazing. It's a lovely place and I highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

Friendly staff at hand. I had a massage booked in. Gemma is brilliant very kind and caring to your needs. The atmosphere is clean, calm and collected. There were lots of treatment options and prices were very good too. I have booked my second massage then and there.

I’ve seen both Louise and Maria and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so comfortable. They both put all my anxieties at ease and I know I’ll always come away with hair I love🫶🏻

Emmy is such an amazing hairdresser always listens to what I want and just makes it happen for me. She always protects my hair when bleaching it to make sure I still leave with it feeling soft.

Emmy has been doing my hair now for a couple of years after me switching a lot between other places before and never really finding someone who made my hair look and feel as good as Emmy does! The salon gives such a relaxed and friendly vibe which is a nice place to spend over 3 hours there as I have a huge head of foils on each time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks for being there :)

Sharing because of the awful troll review I’ve just seen on insta stories! I started coming to Harpers in April 2022 and will be going for many, many years to come. Emmy has always been polite, chatty and kind to me. Always offering a drink top up, asking if I’d like the heater or fan on when I’m hot or cold, even moving me upstairs where nobody else was sat when I was having a bad day one time. I have never, ever received such incredible, empathetic customer service elsewhere in my life and will never forget the care I received that day. I was made to feel like an actual human being, when so many other salons treat you like you’re just another customer that pays them money. I also love how Emmy does my hair (obviously). The advice she gives on products, too. Not too pushy with sales, just genuine recommendations on what will work and what won’t. That’s always nice in a salon. All the other ladies in the salon are friendly and welcoming, as well. I once attended an appointment with my little dog and he was thoroughly entertained and doted on by the staff. I would recommend anyone to Harpers. Unfortunately I live in Chesterfield so most people I know go more local but when my daughter is old enough she will be coming with me to Harpers so that’s one extra customer I can make sure enters their doors, and I know she will be welcomed with kind, friendly faces just like I always have been :-) Ignore the troll review, some idiots have very sad lives they have to leave fake reviews under different names to make them feel better for a few minutes. Cowards!

I’ve never really felt comfortable at hairdressers until I walked in here! I previously messaged the owner to see if they could help with my hair which was in a bit of a mess! Right from talking to going in for my consultation I felt so comfortable.All the staff are lovely! Beth is fantastic at her job, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else now!! It’s took me years to find someone who listens to what I want. So friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this salon to everyone! Thank you so much!

Sam was amazing and so lovely. She was very quick but attentive! I had my nose pierced and it had been a very long time since I had my ears done and I have some new health issues I was worried about, so I was apprehensive but Sam made me feel so relaxed and listened to me, and explained everything to me beforehand and as she was doing the piercing, and aftercare. A great range of studs and jewels for all piercings are available. Thanks so much Sam- I’ll definitely be back for more piercings now I know the pain is nothing at all 🤩🤩🤩❤️ xx

Have been to Sam a few times over the last 6 months - piercings put back on post surgery. I now feel myself again after Sam looked after me and my daith piercings. Best salon around.

Just had my eyebrows micro bladed by Sam, she’s amazing! I was super nervous and she made sure she put me at ease throughout. Also had piercings and other cosmetic bits, she’s a very talented person!!

I highly recommend Sam. I’d never had a lash lift before. She did a patch test two days before and, on the day, she talked me through every step. The results are amazing! It was just me and her in the studio, which made me feel really special. Very soothing music playing all throughout. Thanks Sam! See you again soon.

Beautiful salon with calming decor. Got my hair cut here by the lovely Jodie. She is so accommodating, understanding and did a beautiful job of my hair, just what I wanted!🥰 I had a nice cup of peppermint tea too! I am very happy I found this salon after not knowing where to get my hair cut for a while. l will definitely be coming back

My daughter and I have both had our hair done by Jodie at The Hair Retreat recently. We are really happy with the results!! She gave us some great tips too, which I really appreciated. It’s such a lovely, calm salon, we both felt comfortable there. Easy, free parking. Jess and Jodie are both so friendly and put you at ease. We are booked to come again soon.

Fantastic service from Milly during my Luxury Manicure, beautiful results and an enjoyable experience. Epernay is a really nice salon, and one of the perks I found was that they were running on time! I appreciate things don’t always run like clockwork but I do find it irritating when many salons run over and you find you’re sat waiting for your appointment. Fortunately, this wasn’t the case with Epernay, I began my treatment on time and it didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Milly, you’re a great asset to the Epernay Team!

Been today and had Gel nails and a lash lift and brow tint Shanice made you feel so relaxed that when was finished I felt like a new woman leaving the shop 😊
