As the owners of the business, we feel it’s our duty to listen to what our customers have to say to help grow our wonderful business. And in some cases defend our wonderful business (luckily it’s in very few cases) With that being said, this is a fantastic salon that both Adena and Lisa are very proud to own. And have done for many years. We give thorough professional advice, and carry out a service that is best to what we feel we can provide. We do things to suit hair that we feel will be the best and realistic options to do, and we explain this in every consultation. With well over 50 years of experience between us, and years of continuous and on going training, we carry out a service that is honest and realistic with what hair types we are working with, and we charge accordingly for time and experience. (Please bare in mind, some of these are being done from home prior to coming to our salon, which both takes time to rectify and keep the hair in good condition whilst doing so) We have a fabulous team and exceptional clientele, and we Thankyou for all your constant support 🤍 Unfortunately in the very rare circumstance, we cant please everyone, especially the ones who don’t sit in on the consultations. We recently moved to Buxton and I was so worried to find a hairdresser to cut an colour my curly hair. When I booked an appointment at Lounge Forty 1 with Lianne I was so happy, she did such an amazing cut and colour. Fully taking in what I was saying about my concerns on my hair always going ginger with colour. It honestly is and has been the best colour and cut I've ever had, she is brilliant. She's so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Finding a hair dresser you trust and that always goes that extra mile isn't easy to find. So I would 100% recommend coming here. Everyone else in the salon is super friendly and welcoming, it's not stuffy or intimidating going.
