It was my first time going to RiRi beauty salon today , I had HD brows and a lash lift and Rita has done an absolutely brilliant job. I felt so relaxed I could of fallen asleep!! Liz made me feel so comfortable, we had such a laugh throughout my appointments. It was like catching up with an old mate but with my bits out 😂🫣! She is incredible! An Oasis of Tranquility - beautiful peaceful surroundings with friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming staff. I enjoyed an hour with Mia feeling pampered & relaxed & came away with a Gel French Manicure which I’m very happy with & have subsequently booked another appointment.

Sharing because of the awful troll review I’ve just seen on insta stories! I started coming to Harpers in April 2022 and will be going for many, many years to come. Emmy has always been polite, chatty and kind to me. Always offering a drink top up, asking if I’d like the heater or fan on when I’m hot or cold, even moving me upstairs where nobody else was sat when I was having a bad day one time. I have never, ever received such incredible, empathetic customer service elsewhere in my life and will never forget the care I received that day. I was made to feel like an actual human being, when so many other salons treat you like you’re just another customer that pays them money. I also love how Emmy does my hair (obviously). The advice she gives on products, too. Not too pushy with sales, just genuine recommendations on what will work and what won’t. That’s always nice in a salon. All the other ladies in the salon are friendly and welcoming, as well. I once attended an appointment with my little dog and he was thoroughly entertained and doted on by the staff. I would recommend anyone to Harpers. Unfortunately I live in Chesterfield so most people I know go more local but when my daughter is old enough she will be coming with me to Harpers so that’s one extra customer I can make sure enters their doors, and I know she will be welcomed with kind, friendly faces just like I always have been :-) Ignore the troll review, some idiots have very sad lives they have to leave fake reviews under different names to make them feel better for a few minutes. Cowards!

Just come back from my lovely slice of heaven hair appointment, My hair fairy godmother Emmy was as brilliant as ever. She is welcoming, friendly and her hair knowledge is second to none. When I first came to Emmy my hair was so damaged and thin. Now with Emmys care she’s made my hair healthy and the condition incredible. Also purchased some shampoo today from the salon which looking forward to using at home to boost the love and care that goes into my hair at the salon. See you soon Emmy!! Xx

Such a friendly salon! Always greeted by a friendly smile and hello. If you’re looking for a welcoming, friendly and talented group of hairdressers, Harpers is your place. I’ve seen both Louise and Maria and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so comfortable. They both put all my anxieties at ease and I know I’ll always come away with hair I love🫶🏻

Emmy has been doing my hair now for a couple of years after me switching a lot between other places before and never really finding someone who made my hair look and feel as good as Emmy does! The salon gives such a relaxed and friendly vibe which is a nice place to spend over 3 hours there as I have a huge head of foils on each time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks for being there :)

I first visited Erika at her old salon in 2019 to have my eyebrows micro bladed and also powder brow mixed which have lasted over 5 years. I visited Erika again last week in December 2024 to get a touch up of powder brow and slight micro blading and I couldn't be happier. She is extremely talented and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable in her beautiful salon. The aftercare was explained very well and I have received many lovely comments since having them done. I will certainly visit again in the future for more treatments and my eyebrows done again.

I would highly recommend Erika’s Beauty. Zoe is amazing and works magic with my hair! She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I have been attending the salon for a few years now and I receive a first class service every time. If you’re thinking about visiting the salon you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

At my last appointment Molly suggested a semi permanent hair colour for my grey hair that was very white at the front and dark at the back. We had been using a toner anyway, I absolutely love what she suggested it has given my hair an even colour it feels and looks amazing. I love the way Molly cuts my hair and her attention to detail, she always consults with want I want, she will make suggestions too. I’m so pleased you came to Littleover.

I recently suffered a toxic reaction to hair dye and my hair had been falling out so much which of course has been traumatising. I came here to see if there was anything they could do and I have to say all the girls particularly Morgan have been amazing. I have been really anxious about my hair and Morgan has been so patient and caring she really took her time with me and was very understanding. Molly undertook my extremely difficult journey to blonde from ginger box dye with a massive colour correction and I was so shocked by the difference in just one appointment! She explained everything to me in detail ensuring I was happy every step of the way. She made me feel extremely comfortable and able to express my opinions on what I did or didn’t like about my hair, explained what we would do to correct that and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Lovely salon, great atmosphere, amazing hairdressers. Can’t wait to come back! Xx

I get my hair done by Molly at Sally Montague Littleover and she is absolutely fabulous every time! I always come away feeling fresh and pampered! She is great to chat to and absolutely love going to the salon for a freshen up- Molly is always up for trying new styles and is great at giving hair advice too. 5 star service! :) As well as this, Morgan is a fantastic hairdresser too- she did me the most gorgeous bouncy blow-dry for a party which lasted perfectly. She’s also lovely to chat to- would more than happily go to Morgan again! Thank you :)

I was recommended Blend salon by a friend and took the opportunity to visit recently and was very impressed with the service. Ella is a highly professional, knowledgeable, made you relax in a warm, comfortable and stylish environment. I had a consultation followed by a facial and shoulder and hand massage. My face was noticeably cleaner, smoother and glowing post treatment. I have had a number of facials over the years but this made a noticeable and long lasting difference. I am looking forward to my next appointment, which I will be booking monthly with Ella moving forward. All of the staff that I met are really professional and considerate, I would highly recommend this salon. 心

I was really impressed when visiting Mulberry Beauty for the first time. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. It didn't feel clinical in anyway. Becky gave me a brilliant back, shoulder and neck massage. It was the best massage I'd had for sometime. She asked for my preferences on the firmness of the massage which was really refreshing. The treatments I booked were a Mother's Day treat for myself and my mum. Mulberry worked hard to fit us in for the times we could be there, which was so appreciated and really added to our relaxed day. The salon was so calming and all the staff so attentive and amenable. We were there for around 2 hours and felt so welcomed. The treatments were so relaxing and expertly done - we will be booking again soon and would highly recommend to others. With my usual therapist poorly I expected to have to reschedule another day, but I was accommodated perfectly with the lovely Gracie. She was just as excellent as Imogen and as always I was pampered and looked after in style!! Wouldn’t consider anywhere else… all work so hard, salon is clean and hygienic, each and every therapist is fabulous. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I'm always a little worried when I first go to a new hairdresser but I had no need to be worried. Love the cut and the colour looks very natural. A lovely warm welcome, well looked after and finished off very well.
