I recently suffered a toxic reaction to hair dye and my hair had been falling out so much which of course has been traumatising. I came here to see if there was anything they could do and I have to say all the girls particularly Morgan have been amazing. I have been really anxious about my hair and Morgan has been so patient and caring she really took her time with me and was very understanding. Thanks you Morgan so much my hair felt better after one treatment.

Molly undertook my extremely difficult journey to blonde from ginger box dye with a massive colour correction and I was so shocked by the difference in just one appointment! She explained everything to me in detail ensuring I was happy every step of the way. She made me feel extremely comfortable and able to express my opinions on what I did or didn’t like about my hair, explained what we would do to correct that and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Lovely salon, great atmosphere, amazing hairdressers. Can’t wait to come back! Xx

Molly has made my first visit to Sally Montague's a very enjoyable one. She adapts to your desired style and is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely plan to return back for future hair appointments!

I get my hair done by Molly at Sally Montague Littleover and she is absolutely fabulous every time! I always come away feeling fresh and pampered! She is great to chat to and absolutely love going to the salon for a freshen up- Molly is always up for trying new styles and is great at giving hair advice too. 5 star service! :) As well as this, Morgan is a fantastic hairdresser too- she did me the most gorgeous bouncy blow-dry for a party which lasted perfectly. She’s also lovely to chat to- would more than happily go to Morgan again! Thank you :)

Emmy has been doing my hair now for a couple of years after me switching a lot between other places before and never really finding someone who made my hair look and feel as good as Emmy does! The salon gives such a relaxed and friendly vibe which is a nice place to spend over 3 hours there as I have a huge head of foils on each time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks for being there :)

Sharing because of the awful troll review I’ve just seen on insta stories! I started coming to Harpers in April 2022 and will be going for many, many years to come. Emmy has always been polite, chatty and kind to me. Always offering a drink top up, asking if I’d like the heater or fan on when I’m hot or cold, even moving me upstairs where nobody else was sat when I was having a bad day one time. I have never, ever received such incredible, empathetic customer service elsewhere in my life and will never forget the care I received that day. I was made to feel like an actual human being, when so many other salons treat you like you’re just another customer that pays them money. I also love how Emmy does my hair (obviously). The advice she gives on products, too. Not too pushy with sales, just genuine recommendations on what will work and what won’t. That’s always nice in a salon. All the other ladies in the salon are friendly and welcoming, as well. I once attended an appointment with my little dog and he was thoroughly entertained and doted on by the staff. I would recommend anyone to Harpers. Unfortunately I live in Chesterfield so most people I know go more local but when my daughter is old enough she will be coming with me to Harpers so that’s one extra customer I can make sure enters their doors, and I know she will be welcomed with kind, friendly faces just like I always have been :-) Ignore the troll review, some idiots have very sad lives they have to leave fake reviews under different names to make them feel better for a few minutes. Cowards!

Just come back from my lovely slice of heaven hair appointment, My hair fairy godmother Emmy was as brilliant as ever. She is welcoming, friendly and her hair knowledge is second to none. When I first came to Emmy my hair was so damaged and thin. Now with Emmys care she’s made my hair healthy and the condition incredible. Also purchased some shampoo today from the salon which looking forward to using at home to boost the love and care that goes into my hair at the salon. See you soon Emmy!! Xx

I can genuinely recommend The Haven Salon... Prior to my first visit, I was lucky if I had my hair attended to on a yearly basis (I know), but thanks to Fiona's talents and helpfulness I'm now a regular Salon visitor! A very friendly, professional environment and always a friendly chat to be had!

I have a mad head of hair, curly and a little unkempt when it gets long. Not many places can do a decent job of it. The Haven fitted me in at short notice, because I had a date I wanted to look good for. Fi did an amazing job, real eye for detail and clearly cares that the cut was good and I was leaving feeling confident. Really recommend it, dead homely and seemingly is trying to use natural and sustainable products which is always good.

Just moved to the area so was nervous about finding, and placing my trust in a new hairdresser.....I need not have worried!! Fiona took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in terms of both cut and colour. She absolutely delivered on both counts. Plus, she is a very warm, welcoming person, who made me feel at ease from the minute I stepped into the salon. Fantastic!! Highly recommended.

I was really impressed when visiting Mulberry Beauty for the first time. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. It didn't feel clinical in anyway. Becky gave me a brilliant back, shoulder and neck massage. It was the best massage I'd had for sometime. She asked for my preferences on the firmness of the massage which was really refreshing. I was recommended Blend salon by a friend and took the opportunity to visit recently and was very impressed with the service. Ella is a highly professional, knowledgeable, made you relax in a warm, comfortable and stylish environment. I had a consultation followed by a facial and shoulder and hand massage. My face was noticeably cleaner, smoother and glowing post treatment. I have had a number of facials over the years but this made a noticeable and long lasting difference. I am looking forward to my next appointment, which I will be booking monthly with Ella moving forward. I had a BIAB manicure with Nicole who did an amazing job, I love my nails - thank you. I also had a facial with Nicola who is exceptionally knowledgeable on skin care & treatments Nicole & Nicola are really friendly & professional. The salon is spacious with a lovely chilled atmosphere & a wide range of treatments. I'll be visiting again soon.

My first visit to the Beauty Temple and I really enjoyed it! Friendly staff, lovely relaxing feel to the treatment rooms. Very good facial and back massage treatment session. The afternoon tea was excellent, great choice and well presented 😊

My friend and I had the friendship day voucher which included 55 minutes of treatments, hot tub, nibbles and a mimosa - I think the cost was £49.50 each. Cant recommend this enough!! The experience was lovely and Lola who performed my treatments was incredible. Really understanding and accommodating when I said about health issues and the best back massage I’ve probably ever had!

Carly & Anna came to The Forest Lodge Hotel at 6.45am on Thursday 1st September 2022 to do make-up and hair for the bride (my daughter), myself and 7 bridesmaids. Carly & Anna did an amazing job and worked so hard on us all and the make-up and hair was perfect! By 8pm that evening our make-up and hair still looked so fresh. I want to thank you Carly & Anna for being such perfectionists and helping us make Belle’a wedding day a huge success. We had a good laugh too in that hotel room and goodness knows how 11 of us fitted in the room but it was a very calm and happy atmosphere. I would highly recommend these 2 ladies to anyone whether they are getting married or otherwise. Aly Waller.

Carly did wedding hair and make up for me, my Maid of Honour, and my mum at Shottle Hall in April 2024. Everything was perfect, she helped make the morning getting ready super relaxed and calm. Hair and make up stayed in place all day, and even long into the night when the dancing was in full flow. We looked flawless and I felt totally at ease with Carly. I would 100% recommend Carly to future brides. The whole process was so smooth, from the first discussions via email, to the bridal trial, to the final moments before walking down the aisle.

An Oasis of Tranquility - beautiful peaceful surroundings with friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming staff. I enjoyed an hour with Mia feeling pampered & relaxed & came away with a Gel French Manicure which I’m very happy with & have subsequently booked another appointment.

I visited today for a hydro facial with Sophie. She was so friendly and welcoming. She talked me through the process and was absolutely amazing! My skin was glowing and i felt so relaxed afterwards. I would definitely recommend to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
