Just come back from my first trip to Joel Francois. Had a fringe cut by Poppy. Not only was Poppy absolutely lovely but she's done a fantastic job on my hair and made me feel really relaxed and welcome during my appointment. The salon has a really nice, earthy vibe too and the coffee was excellent! Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened and have to say Daryl and Joel are just the best in the North West. Daryl is such a brilliant hairdresser and he always manages to make me look super stylish and chic. (no mean feat!)
The staff has been fantastic! Poppy was very attentive and did a fantastic job. Also gave me a lot of confidence about my new fringe cut. An absolute pleasure, and really fair prices. They also use and sell very good quality haor products (devines), which you can only buy online and in Liberty, London (as far as I know). I will be back!
