I went with my mum for our first appointment - they were so friendly and warm! My mum is a little nervous about hair dressers (she has had bad experiences in the past!) The team were incredibly personable and listened to her hair concerns - explored all the products which could help and gave her an excellent experience

I went in for a cut and layer service and my hair has never felt or looked healthier!! Laila was more than friendly and guided me through what she was doing while also giving me tips on how to better take care of my hair and the products which would cater to my hair type and length, which I found really useful. She was guided by Leah who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Leah made sure Laila was using the correct techniques as well as checking each step along the way which made me feel confident throughout my appointment.

My first experience at the salon was fantastic. I had a longwinded gabble on the phone whilst booking as my dad was going into hospital. They remember all of this and the first question I was asked was “how is your dad” I was astounded that they remembered! This is the massive positive of using a local family run business! Thank you for being so amazing. My hair cut was brilliant. Every moment of my experience was 5 star. Thank you

I arrived at Janet best with the most positive and welcoming attitude! I was booked in with Isla for a wash and blow dry and can say my hair has never felt better. When Isla was washing my hair she did the most amazing massage which made me feel like my hair and actually been washed and not just pampered with. Isla was guided by Leah to what products to use on my thick long hair! Isla reassured me on what the product did for my hair and how to use it! My hair has never felt better. Thankyou!

10/10 experience. First time coming to Janet Bests and can’t thank Leah enough for the time and effort she put into getting the red out of my hair and getting me back to my blonde and black. She fully explained everything she was doing and made me feel super comfortable. This was all done in one day was well.
