From the time we arrived and had a lovely welcome from Carol until the time we left, it was a perfect stay. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and what ever combination of cooked breakfast your heart desired. Plenty of good coffee and toast too. Although the road is busy and noisy at peak times, it was quiet at night so not a problem. The location was great for exploring the area and we would definitely return. K and R

Wow what a treat to be served by friendly sweetheart Carol the owner. Our quaint well stocked room was very comfortable, bed was awesome! We stayed in one of the annexe rooms. Absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, the most comfortable beds ever and everything you could possibly need in the room. Very quiet room too so had the best nights sleep! Superb breakfast choice and wonderful coffee served by the very friendly lady owner. Really excellent value for money. We have already booked in for our next trip up to Leeds!
