I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Then on the day it was superbly organised and both Rob and Emma were so welcoming. Emma was extremely kind and helped me unload all of my flowers which I was so thankful for. Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! 100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! Suzy was there from start to finish and really allowed me to put my mind at rest and enjoy every moment. From small things to topping up your lipstick, to big things like directing evening guests if they arrive early! We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We could never have pulled of the wedding without Rosie and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her either. She’s worth her weight in gold and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Rosie has been completely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and beyond. She is professional, reliable, proactive, and responsive; I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her! She planned our wedding at Elmore Court in December 2020 and guided us through not only the process itself but also the fact we had to adapt from a 160 person wedding to a micro wedding with 16 people. We felt completely safe in her hands and I could not recommend Rosie Green Events highly enough!

What can I say! Right from the start Chris had the party started, knowing what to play and when. His energy was amazing. How he kept going like he did is beyond me! The sound was spot on. Really nice sound. The full kit worked perfectly. He had the crowd eating out of his hand. Honestly so impressed. Requests were made and played. Nothing was too much trouble. Ten out of ten! What a top bloke.

We use WDC for Resident DJ's twice a week alongside special events such as bank holidays. We've had saxophonists in our beer garden accompanied by DJs which has been nothing short of incredible. All the DJs are class acts with various specialities including scratching which was particularly impressive. Dom, Luke & Shane are all fantastic to work with. We had Luke from WDC as our DJ for our wedding in July 2024. We had seen him previously at an event at Lost & Found and loved the songs he played. So we requested him for our wedding. Luke was absolutely brilliant, he made sure everyone was on the floor dancing all evening. We just gave a few song suggestions that we liked and he created a playlist from there and it was great. We had the best night and all of our guests had a fantastic time too. So thank you very much Luke for being a part of our special day. I had also been in touch with Hannah from WDC in organising Luke as our DJ. She was great in helping with this. She always answered queries really quickly. RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Planning a wedding can be daunting, Kieran’s professionalism instilled confidence from our first contact. Nothing was left to chance for our big day which was arranged in a very short timescale due to my fathers health. Kieran communicated several times during the planning stage to ensure they fully understood our wish list and our “not” to play list. RMR played live through our entire day from greeting the guests right up to the evening finale, we had a glitch which delayed the ceremony by an hour and they kept playing without any issues. We wanted our twilight wedding to have a music festival vibe, they sounded great and looked the part, thank you so much!!!!!

From the very beginning, we instantly got along with Kieran and Dom. They were incredibly helpful during the lead up to the wedding and were open to playing any songs we wanted, even going the extra mile to learn new ones just for us. On the day, they arrived well before the ceremony and were polite to all our guests. They took numerous song requests and even played "Baby Shark" to keep the little ones entertained, which was a big hit! Before the wedding, they asked for our song list and got an idea of what to play during the DJ set. They made sure to play specific songs at special moments, including our sparking exit photos, adding a magical touch to those memories. The roaming set they recommended was absolutely fantastic and became one of the day's highlights—our guests are still talking about it! They truly went above and beyond. After the wedding, they even made a YouTube video for our American family, singing a song they had requested but they didn't know at the time of the wedding. This thoughtful gesture meant the world to us and our family. Everyone who spoke to us about our wedding asked who Rock My Reception were, and we will definitely be booking them again for future family parties or events! Rebecca was absolutely outstanding in setting up a video link, photos and music for a funeral service for my Mum. I was so worried that I hadn’t got everything organised and she provided reassurance and made sure everything happened. She even took photos of the congregation and the flowers which I just didn’t think of doing and am so grateful for. She made everything so easy for me and her role made the service so wonderful! We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We met Jessica and her mum at a wedding fayre at our venue where there were many other venue stylists too. It was their personalities and honesty which drew us to them and of course their beautiful decor. The work she did to make our wedding day was incredible, all of our guests commented how beautiful both our ceremony room & wedding breakfast room were dressed. When we did our first reveal of the room it took our breath away - we had never dreamt it could have looked so perfect. Cheryl was easy to talk through, made fantastic recommendations and her expertise on venue dressing is just brilliant. We cannot recommend Pink Blossom Weddings enough!!! Cheryl has been amazing from the very start to the very end and was always there if we had any question! She stuck with us even having to change the date 4 times because of covid and never once did it ever seemed like an issue! Cheryl went above and beyond and the venue looked better than we could have ever imagined! I would without a shadow of doubt recommend Cheryl to anyone ♥️

This is very late but very well deserved. Cheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My theme was all over the place from vibtage to design to modern colours and i genuinely couldnt make my mind up. If im honest I didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, out of this world. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how how fabulous our venue looked. Nothing was too big or too small for her. We unfortunately lost our son before our wedding and she did a beautiful table for him for us, he was still best man, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.
