The venue is stunning, the organisation and communication was first class right from the start, we booked it immediately on our first visit. Tania and Sam made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. The castle is so magical and the staff so welcoming going over and beyond our expectations. They were happy to accommodate our requests (we wanted our friend to conduct the ceremony who is a registrar). And to have our dog with us - he had a great wedding day! We had many WOW moments especially in the little details (roaring log fire /home made rose petal confetti / raspberries in our champagne) the elopement team made our day the best! The cake , flowers, decorations and food were exceptional. All our friends and family have loved seeing Fleur’s amazing photographs of our 50 shades of pink elopement at Westenhanger Castle 🏰 . We would highly recommend the elopement service they offer.

WOW! When we decided to have a small wedding we were adamant we didn’t want to compromise on the aesthetic of the day. Sam you are a true visionary. This brand and the women that share their talents to execute bringing together your dream day are truly remarkable. Looking back over the Pinterest board we created, we are in awe at all the small details that were incorporated. Our wedding was perfect! Sam, thank you for answering every pointless question we asked in the months leading up to our big day. Tania, thank you for doing up the hundreds of pearl buttons on my wedding dress and then undoing them again at the end. To anyone looking for something personal and intimate with style in abundance, trust the process and choose Sam. Westenhanger is the opitome of English heritage, we cannot recommend the venue more. Thanks so much to everyone in the E-Lope team and Tania at Castle Westenhanger, we can honestly say that our twilight wedding was the most romantic day/evening of our lives. Everything was just perfect, and they all took outstanding care of us. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, and it felt like such a blessing to make our vows on those lovely grounds. The cake and the spread at our candlelight meal were gorgeous, and the flowers and all the decorations provided were simply stunning. Fleur Challis also did an amazing job with our photographs and we now have an album full of precious memories we can treasure forever. We can't rate this team of professionals highly enough. We cannot say enough about Team E-Lope; without doubt, they put the "Special" into our Special Day. It genuinely was more than we hoped for. Blessing coordinated my wedding day in May 2018, from finalising the decorations of our reception, to understanding our wishes for the day, making our delicious wedding cake and finally making it all happen by contacting the suppliers and providing a schedule. What a Blessing she was! She handled everything exceptionally well from the ceremony to the reception and kept me calm throughout the day. There was nothing she could not do, timely and professional from start to finish my wedding day ran smoothly and she was always on hand to assist me if I needed anything from her. Blessing is a fantastic event planner - especially for Nigerian weddings since she knows the needs of guests and she’s able to deal with issues as they come up and fix them on hand. My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. Blessing was the wedding planner for my friends wedding, I was a bridesmaid and Blessing did an absolutely amazing job. She catered for everyone from the bride, to the family, to us the bridal party. Everything came out beautifully and the bride was super pleased with everything. Very professional at the face of adversity also. I want to say thank you for the wonderful wedding planning course. The course was incredibly informative and practical, and I feel I’ve learned so much! I appreciated how hands-on it was, allowing us to practice what ‘we learned. The day wedding coordination was particularly amazing as it gave me a taste of what it’s like to work on a real wedding. It was a fantastic opportunity to see everything come together and made me more excited about becoming a wedding planner. What an incredible week spent on the Elite Course with the Wedding Planner School. As an aspiring wedding planner the course was just the thing I was looking for x1000. We were lucky enough to stay in the grounds of Leeds Castle for a week which was a magical experience whilst getting to know my course mates, who were all really supportive of one another. The daily classroom sessions (theory and practical) went into great detail and there was lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the opportunity to work on a real wedding towards the end of the week was brilliant and gives you great insight as to what you can expect. All in all, the course was the perfect springboard for my next step towards becoming a wedding planner. Thanks to Pippa and Amber for everything you continue to put into it!

They are amazing!! I want to say a huge thank you to Pippa and the entire wedding planning team!! Our wedding day would not have gone HALF as smooth as it did without the amazing team for organising everything and being so helpful the whole way through! We wouldn’t have had the incredible day we did have without their help, I can’t begin to describe how amazing you all were. Everyone was talking about how perfect the day was and how smooth it all went, the team really were the cogs that made the day go so well! I would 10/10 recommend!!! Pippa came in and saved the day so many times!! Everyone was there the day before and the day after they set the venue and church up and we’re absolutely amazing, I cannot sing their praises enough!!! I recently completed the 1:1 course in Wedding Planning & Business marketing. I was very impressed with how the course was structured. I was given 8 books which I read before the 1:1 session which I found to be incredibly detailed & informative. The 1:1 session was engaging and I really enjoyed Pippa's teaching style. I found Pippa to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the wedding industry and how I could work to develop my business and succeed. I really appreciated the time Pippa took to help me work on my branding and develop a realistic business plan. I would definitely recommend the WPS and I feel confident to begin my journey as a wedding planner.

If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! Chic Weddings did the bouquets, buttonholes/lapels & venue styling for my daughter & new son-in-law's wedding on 20th July 2024. The top table flowers & hand tied bouquets on each table were gorgeous. Lots of comments about the bride & bridesmaids bouquets which were absolutely stunning. The tables had silver crackle vases & tea light holders on them, & we had a sheer curtain backdrop against the window behind the top table to frame it. I can highyly recommend Chic Weddings, the team are warm, friendly & very helpful; they reply quickly to calls & emails, the whole planning process was smooth & stress free. Wonderful, thank you!

Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked. Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. I’ve worked with Kent Event Packages on a number of occasions and have always found them to be organised, friendly and professional, always putting on a fantastic show and meeting the client’s brief. The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Donna has gone above and beyond for the editorial photoshoot Rohiny and I organised at the Old Hall Ely. From the very beginning, she understood the assignment and completely smashed it - in the best way possible! I love Donna’s professional approach - she has a keen eye for details. When I provided her with my mood board for the editorial photoshoot, she did not only create a styling mood board, but fetched items specific for the photoshoot - such as absolutely adorable vintage chair, which was one of the highlights of the photoshoot. Donna is also a kind person - it’s easy to talk to her and it feels like she is your friend. I cannot recommend Donna enough!

We had our wedding on 18th June 2022 at the stunning Oak Grove venue. What a wonderful day it was! We were so grateful for everything the amazing team did for us!! It was magical from start to finish and everyone was so impressed with the setting! All of Sam, Paul and Tracy's communication was so friendly, prompt and helpful along the way, making it easy and enjoyable to plan and get ready for the big day. We weren’t expecting as much help and support the day before and the morning of the wedding which actually felt like such a relief and we could rest knowing it was all in good hands. We looked at lots of woodland venues around London and this was by far the best value for money for what was included, we would highly recommend! The attention to detail is remarkable- everything has been thought of from the vintage furniture, cocktail bar, fire pit, converted horsebox toilets, children's area and stunning ceremony area. It really was perfect and hardly needed any extra decoration! We also had spots of rain during the ceremony but we were oblivious to it and umbrellas were provided for our guests, as were blankets throughout the evening. We had a ceilidh band in the evening and the venue was perfect for this too! Thank you to the Oak Grove for such a memorable day. We hope you bring as much happiness to many more couples in the future.

I thought everything about this venue was brilliant for a late summer wedding. We were there on the hottest day in the year in September. The leafy arbour and benches for the ceremony are lovely. The lavender confetti the couple chose worked well and I smiled as I took pictures of the blankets and umbrellas provided for cold and wet days. The toilet facilities are amusing and kitted out with everything that might be needed. The marquee and bar were well appointed, beautifully arranged and the staff very accommodating.

From the moment we first stepped into The Oak Grove, we just knew we wanted to get married there. The place is simply magical, it almost feels as though it was built by fairies or something! It’s such a great layout too – spacious but nicely contained, with lots of the interesting little nooks and crannies for guests to mingle, relax and play games in. Throughout the entire planning process, Sam and Paul could not have been more supportive in helping us to achieve our vision for the day. They really are two of the kindest and most creative people you could ever wish to meet, and their staff are just as fabulous. Our wedding day could not have gone more perfectly - we were on a high all day. In fact, I honestly think if we didn’t have photos, it would probably have felt like some sort of wonderful dream! An absolute gem of a venue ♥
