Just wonderful Took our cockatiel (bird) to this vet after searching endlessly to find a vet that would treat avian patients. Not only was there no overhead charge for our girl, but she was treated with so much care and compassion. I was shocked to see an almost hospitality industry service standard with all staff members being companionate and communicative despite being in a busy period. They explained everything clearly and carefully and our bird was given swift care for her injured wing. They even let her sit on their shoulders which always puts her at ease.

I had an excellent experience with one of the nicest people I've ever met during our appointment for the checkup before moving to Japan. The official Vet, Minnie, was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly helpful and professional, conducting thorough research to ensure we didn't miss anything and providing valuable extra information. I truly appreciate her outstanding and professional work, and as a person, she was exceptionally lovely. Her caring nature made us feel comfortable and reassured about transporting our cat. I spent so long looking for vets that take in birds we had called 7 vets and then was recommend here,the lady that took in my two budgies was very good with my budgies.Price was very good for just a check up that was around £40 they sent us to buy a few tests for one of my budgies which was quite pricey but they gave a tube that was free.Extremely happy with how they treated my budgies and my family but 1 of my budgies did unfortunately past away but it was nothing to do with the vet she passed a few months after the vet visit. But I'm definitely going to come here again with my other budgie as it was extremely helpful and understanding.

My Guinea Pig fell quite ill, the team not only got her a same-day appointment but were very hot-on with medicating where needed, scheduling additional check-ups and honestly just being so kind to the situation of having your pet be so sick. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for exotic animals.
