Excellent experience - as first time cat owners, we have had many questions and concerns which they have patiently and kindly answered. Amanda in particular has been fantastic.
We have used a couple of local vets and although they were good they seemed to treat us and our dogs as just a number but Best Friends have been brilliant and really care for the animals and humans 😁
