Our beautiful female mini dachshund had her spay operation. It couldn’t have gone better. She was so well looked after by the staff and her recovery was so much quicker than expected. I can’t recommend Wimbledon Goddard stone lion highly enough. Particular thanks goes to the vet who did the surgery Francesca Gambuzzi for her care and fabulous work. The cost was reasonable and care exceptional. Hugely grateful

I sought emergency care tonight for my cat Frida because she ate a piece of plastic. I was really scared and I felt overwhelmed. The nurse and the vet were amazing, I am so sorry I didn’t catch your names… BIG thanks to the vet who listened to me, understood my concerns and was very empathetic. We always feel in good hands at Stone Lion with our little Sadie. All the staff are so nice and we know she'll always get the best care here. Without a doubt - Stone Lion is the best vets! My dog Albert (who has had a number of health issues) has been a patient here for a few years and the support, guidance and care he and I receive on every visit is second to none - the staff go above and beyond with their service. I’m so lucky that Albert is under their care and I could not imagine him having a better vet than Fran - she’s the best! Fran will always explain everything to me in a very calm and kind manner - Albert loves her to pieces and gets very excited when he realises we’re heading to the village to see her and there is no doubt that she has turned Albert’s life around with the care and treatment she’s given him. All the staff are wonderful and the moment you walk into the hospital you receive such a warm welcome from the fabulous reception staff - a special mention for Karin who always lifts my spirits. If I was to ever move from the area I would travel any distance to have my pet looked after by Stone Lion!

Such an amazing team within this vets surgery. My Bolt was extremely ill with acute pancreatitus, he spent 4 days in there care, we visited once a day so he knew we love him plus wanted him to get better and come home, he started to become anxious so I left belongings of mine with him so he thought I was with him which was changed daily until he was able to come home, he has made an amazing recovery so far and I know its still very early in his recovery however Bolt is already starting to get back to his normal demanding ways
