My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.
I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case.
