Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. I had to have my old Border Terrier Rufus put to sleep. I was dreading it. The team at Village Vet on Masbro Road were so kind and considerate during the process. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the vet, were brilliant and sensitive. He passed away painlessly and with dignity. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I'm so glad I had this team oversee it. They were so kind to Rufus and to us. I can't recommend them highly enough.
This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.
