I would like to commend the vets at the Farnham branch. We decided to use this branch as our more local veteran is very expensive. We had to have some very extensive dental work in our old Jack, which wasn’t covered by insurance. Roger, the veteran, was excellent. He fully explained everything and appeared genuinely concerned for our dog welfare and the service he was giving. Not to mention the price. He even gave us some discount, as the procedure came out much more than expected. I highly recommend this gentleman and the staff on reception. Thank you for your professional service. We will be coming to you from now on.

A lovely staff member helped me with treating my two dogs with flea infestation. Showed me the cheapest way to treat my both dogs monthly but not pushy for the sale which was quite refreshing. After this lovely ladies advice my dogs are much better. Thank you sorry I forgot your name but you were a manager that the lovely young girl on the till sent me to.
