Was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment when I needed one straight after Christmas, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good vet practice. They had a lack of staff a while ago but have now built back up again. The main vet, Jason, is excellent and very attentive. They also have some nice people on reception who are always happy to give the dogs a treat if we are passing.

An excellent vet practice used by myself, friends and family for many years. The standard of service and professional attention is something to hold on to. From a friendly welcome at the desk, to wonderful professional vet attention during appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend. I hear lots of feedback from may other people too, who live in my local area.

This waas my first visit to the practice as normally someone else takes Bernie for her appointments. Very welcoming practice with busy but helpful staff. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

If I was my dog this is where I would choose to go! The staff are lovely - the receptionists are warm and welcoming and the vets and nurses are really amazing - they listen and attend to both the patient and the owner. I have found that they always give options and are understanding - there is no pressure. Their response to my calls is always prompt and my last visit was for a nail torn almost out - they were very caring and after taking it out, wrapped it all up. They also trimmed his other nails.

It was my first visit with my rescue pup and I was welcomed and made to feel at ease straight away. Every member of staff that we met were friendly and supportive. Cannot recommend enough!

Corrado has always been great with my horses over the years and his many years of experience and knowledge is very evident and reassuring. Also great SH Equine has all the mobile kit so I never have to travel my horses. Very happy and loyal client.

Highly recommend the team at Surrey Hills Equine. I recently had Corrado out to treat an injury that my horse sustained in the field and have been very impressed with treatment he has received. Corrado takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and why. Leanne and the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, all of my insurance claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done and feel very lucky to have found a great practice.

This is an excellent veterinary practice with a professional and caring team. Corrado has been our vet for many years looking after our livery horses at Holt Farm Equestrian, a vast range of horses from hunt horses to happy hackers. They are thoughtful throughout the consultation and treatment of any horse all with great outcome.

Highly recommend Surrey Hills. I rang Corrado and he was happy to chat things through with me on a new horse that we wanted vetted. Never felt rushed through our phone chat and he answered all my questions and concerns. The horse was vetted on the same day I had rang so a very quick service. Thanks again Surrey Hills

The Aura team helped save our pug Stevie. Everyone who we had help us was amazing from the start when we thought we were going to loose her, to the finish when we were thankful reunited with her. The reception team were so kind and supportive, the finance department even came to help explain to us better about insurance because it’s the first time we’ve ever had to use it, and the nurses and vets that helped save our babies life were incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did and will never stop recommending them to everyone 🐾🤍🐾

Aura treated my 2yo cat’s badly infected (bitten) tail, which the local vet said should be amputated. Aura took great care of her and did an excellent job - she was healed and back climbing trees in no time. I only wish I’d asked for a referral there much, much sooner. Also very pleased with PetPlan for paying the bills with very minimal fuss.

Amazing service and compassion for all involved in an incredibly emotional and exhaustive process. You could not be in better hands from the first phone call to the amazing Toni (lovely healthy treat lady) and on to all the medical staff. Ironically you really never want take your loved one here but if you have to go somewhere like this please go to Aura.

They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only vet I can trust completely.

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

Kind, caring and friendly. Excellent service and they genuinely do everything they can to help in times of utter stress when one of our beloved little ones are poorly. They rescued our little Ripley from a poisoning. She is now doing well.

I highly recommend this practice. Alex and his team always go the extra mile to help, even squeezing you in to a busy schedule when you're worried about your pet. Alex always explains things fully and he's great with my cat, who isn't good at being handled by anyone other than me but allows Alex to do anything! I feel my cat is in very safe hands and that's so reassuring. Don't hesitate in registering your pet at this practice. You won't regret doing so!

Alex has recently done a very difficult dental on one of my dogs .. she has a heart condition which caused concern… Alex was brilliant, and my little is doing great. I have great confidence in this vets

I'm over the moon with the goddards staff, went above and beyond, put me through to a charity that helped with a lot of the funding for my dog chips treatment, and done some extra work for chip at no extra cost while he was under, Alex has done a great job on chip, and the aftercare was par-excellence, I take my hat off and salute you all 😊

I know how fortunate i am to be registered at such a wonderful veterinary practice. Alex has always been consistently thorough and faultless in his treatment of every pet I've brought to him. Namely my Guinea pigs, which is incredibly lucky that he is able to treat them being an exotic animal. Not an easy animal to treat, with lack of drugs available on the market, but he applies his common sense and knowledge and provides the best care possible. For this I'm forever grateful. Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I have been a client of Milford for a good 17+ years and it has always been lovely, and when I have taken my cats in recently I have no complaints. I just would really like it to return to being a full veterinary hospital with an out of hours service. That was the main reason I chose Milford, and throughout those 17+ years have had to use the out of hours service several times which was so helpful particularly in the case of accident requiring emergency treatment, if that happened now, I would have to pick up my cat from Milford if it had had to have treatment, transport it to Guildford, which would be a further traumatic situation for an ill animal. I am sure I am not alone in being a loyal customer but regrets the closure of this service of out of hours emergencies at Milford Veterinary hospital.

A friendly vet practice that really cares about my dog. Would happily recommend them. We had cause to visit unannounced after my dog was attacked and bitten. Everyone was wonderful, the receptionists, the vet nurse and the vet. They fitted us in between appointments and really looked after her. I really can't praise them highly enough.

Always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — very lucky to have you as our local vets! We even had to use the emergency night service on one occasion, and they were so prompt and efficient.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Nicola Donnelly is a phenomenal vet and easily one of the best I've encountered in 30+ years of pet ownership. Goes the extra mile and then some, genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Takes her job seriously while being warm and approachable and always has time to explain complex topics etc. She (as well as the kind admin/nursing staff) is the reason I stayed with this practice, despite my moving out of the area.

Bowser had his annual check-up and booster jab and the team there were very helpful as they always are - Family (our other Cocker) also enjoys her visits and especially the treats!

Everyone at Farncombe Vets are friendly and for me and my dog it was a pleasant visit. Thank you.
