I love this vet practice. Bob and I have always been treated with compassion and kindness by vets, reception staff and vet nurses. The same is true of 'sister' practice in Cranleigh.

Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort. So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.

Great vet team, always take their time to explain everything fully and ensure our puppy is well looked after. Really love how friendly and personable the staff are and Ziggy loves their gravy bones!!!

Quite possibly the best Vets I've ever used. Neil and Neil the vets couldn't do enough for us and our dog Jazz. They have cared for him for the last 4 years and are brilliant. Operations ongoing health issues and they have managed it all professionally honestly and to the very best of their abilities. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs a great vet practice for their pet's

All the staff at Brookmead vets are so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. One of my dogs has complex medical needs, Tania has been our vet for several years now and always explains things in such a way that is easy to understand which I really appreciate

I was over the moon when I found a holistic vet in my area and Neil did not disappoint he was so good with my girl making her feel at ease and completely understanding my personal beliefs I’m very grateful.

We first used this veterinary clinic when my daughter’s hamster needed care and eventually had to be put down. In 2018 we joined their membership scheme after we got our 8 week Norfolk Terrier puppy. Even through lockdown their vets and services have been outstanding, the vets genuinely seem to be passionate about animal care and appointments are never rushed, all questions and/or concerns are dealt with in a sympathetic yet professional manner, it’s clean, welcoming and modern. The membership is great for discounts on regular treatment/jabs and although Brelades may be slightly more expensive, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They also have 24/7 emergency available.

Although from Dorking, we chose to travel over to Bookham, as Charlotte (Vet) was based there this evening, as our dog needed asap appt. Charlotte is a young great vet and we would highly recommend. Jerry our dog is such a nervous dog and she was amazingly caring and efficient . Jerry dog would high 5 Charlotte too 🐾!!

First visit. Very impressed with the vet, they had time to talk to you about your pet and was in no way pushy, they were kind compassionate and understood that not everyone has £1000 for every vet visit. They have your pet’s interest a yours at heart . Would highly recommend

We've used Brelades in the past and with our new fur baby puppy have gone back to them to register her. Always receive a warm welcome as you enter and the Vet we have seen is just lovely, she's very patient with the dog and us and happy to answer any questions we've asked. We have signed up for their monthly pet care plan which we felt would be a good idea but asides from routine treatments we are hoping not to have to call upon them for anything else.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

We've been with Molesey vet clinics since 2019 and they have been absolutely fantastic. Great vets and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I've always had first class service from Ash Barn Vets, the staff are wonderful. They know me and Margot and that Margot hates being at the vet but they treat her with professionalism and kindness. I usually get to see the same vet who's fantastic but if I don't, I've still received excellent treatment.

Best vets we have been registered too. Very genuine, caring, empathetic staff. Was registered with my previous staffy Wilma, she was treated with such love and care, which made us not think twice about registering our new staffy pup Dora. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Fantastic group of vets. Every time I need to use their services it’s always great. One of my dogs had surgery there and he was really well looked after, the nurses as well are fantastic. It feels like a friendly environment, vet Kloe as well is superb and really attentive Highly recommended

Dr.Douglas Hall is the vet who is professional,caring,and helpful. Our cat and dog is registered and we had our high and lows in terms of their health. The cape vet team always made us feel good and I highly trust them. Thanks a lot for your hard work and dedication.

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. We bought our dogs here for a yearly check up and were so impressed with the service we received. Dragana is the kindest, most attentive vet I have ever met. She made sure our little ones were comfortable before examining them and gave them a lovely cuddle at the end. We didn’t feel rushed in or out and our visit was free due to the promotion they are running. A really great way to start our relationship with this practice, and will certainly be clients that are here to stay

We brought our little chihuahua Bella to you on Saturday 14th September where she was diagnosed with heart disease. They were absolutely amazing with her and she was so happy and comfortable in their care which was overnight , scans and injections. The lovely veterinarian was Robyn and we cannot thank her enough for her time, care and kindness to us and Bella at this hard time. Thank you.

My kitten had to be put down today and it was the most heartbreaking experience of my life. Night shift worker called “Summer” in front desk reception was the most compassionate, caring and kind person towards me and other pet owners who were there. Her kinds words will stay with me forever during this difficult time and she is an exceptional and incredibly member of vets now. I highly recommend vets now service because they care for the animals with utmost care and compassion as well as family members of the pet too

I really rated the friendliness and expertise of the vets and nurses. I believe my cat Duchess got the best care possible. The only issue I have is that the pricing is high and also I’m to pay additional admin fees for them to work with my insurance. I feel that’s just a bit of an extra hustle given the amount spent.

We were seen by an excellent vet who went out of his way to ensure my cat was as comfortable as possible until we could see our regular vet the following day. The Guildford practice is a lovely cat-friendly environment. If you have to use an out of hours vet I can recommend this service.
