What a find! After a disappointing level of service and overpriced quote from Vets4Pets, I reached out to Bluebell for advice. The service was personalised, thorough and they have a very clear pricing structure so no surprises! My Cat Dora was well cared during a tooth extraction and they treated her as if she was one of their own. I felt quite emotional at the level of care and attention given and I'm so grateful for the team at Bluebell. I am genuinely happy and pleased to leave Vets4Pets and to take my pets to Bluebell. Highly recommended to all, wouldn't go anywhere else. 😊

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

We cannot praise or recommend Wojciech highly enough. My wife and I have owned pets for about 35 years and have never known such a professional and caring vet. He has treated our elderly dog (Rosie) and cat (Jet) for over a year now. Rosie already had chronic bronchitis and frequent incontinence when Wojciech first saw her. He spent a long time with her on the first visit and detected a serious heart issue which required daily medication. He also prescribed her HRT (Incurin) which helped greatly with the incontinence. Like many Toy Poodles, Rosie suffered from chronic skin problems resulting in warts which became much worse as she aged, he prescribed Atopica which helped. I am convinced that Wojciech's advice and care kept our dog alive for several months longer than she would have. Unfortunately, in the last few months of her life she began to suffer seizures as well. Very recently, a major seizure totally incapacitated her, and we asked if Wojciech could visit the house for what we knew would be a final visit for our beloved Rosie. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else but Wojciech to put her our Rosie to sleep and what needed to be done was performed with the utmost care and respect. We were delighted when Wojciech was approved to open an independent surgery and even happier when we realised it was very close to our home. Bluebells will be where we now take our cat for treatment.

Had a very good experience here, lovely attentive vet, who checked my girl over thoroughly. Diagnosed the problems and I received good advise and medication. 100% agree with diagnosis and way to move forward. Lovely receptionist too. We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.
