Brunswick Place have done so much for our puppy, at a time when we had little options in Basingstoke. Though they were the only practice to accept our registration they have been exceptional in the care of our dog. From illness, jabs and minor surgery they have been courteous, professional, skilled and most of all patient. Our dog is not fond of visiting the vet and is not shy to show it, but they’ve handled her well and I’m so grateful for all the work they’ve done from receptionist, to nurses and vets themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had the best experience after my very old dog became poorly. I was seen quickly and all staff were extremely polite. Everything was well explained and I was given time to think about decisions. Unfortunately she did not get better despite excellent care and attention from the vet Julia. The staff fit me into the last visit of the day to give me some time and she was put to sleep with lots of care and attention. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind.

I changed my furry baby's vet because Brunswick Place Veterinary Clinic was recommended to me. The best vet clinic in Basingstoke. And yes!!!! It is true, they are very professional and know how to take good care of your pet, the attention that this clinic gives is spectacular, they are very kind and lovely with the animals. Our kitten was referred here following seizures. I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. The receptionist was fantastic; calmly and patiently sorting out a document issue we had. The clinical specialist was amazing. The information she provided was clear and well communicated, which made us feel more like active partners in the examination and treatment. Cheap vet is an oxymoron, but they were very fair on the pricing. Instead of using our kitten to just 'print money' they actually found or explored options to reduce costs. I'm about as eager to find myself in a vet as I am a police cell or a cemetery ... but this was an A++ experience.

Wonderful facility. Dr Sam had reviewed all of our mini schnauzer’s scans, blood tests and notes before our appointment..thorough prep which was wonderful. Diagnosis and report was clear along with treatment plan. Highly recommended.

recently our beautiful golden retriever Rusty was referred here after suddenly falling ill, unfortunately he didn't recover and was put too sleep with my wife and i by his side, obviously we are completely hart broken at the loss of our boy, but what brought us a lot of comfort was the high level of care he received here, our vet Georgia was amazing and explained to us what was happening to Rusty and why, which helped us come to the extremely hard decision to say goodbye, Hopefully we will never need your services again, but if we do, i know we can trust you. thankyou for everything you did. My cat Ruby has been poorly recently and GP vets have been amazing. Always able to slot her in when she’s needed to be seen. Everyone’s so lovely there and nothing is too much trouble. Ruby is on the mend now thanks to GP vets

An amazing vets for my new English springer spaniel pup and for my peace of mind! Great service and with their online plan options it’s easy to cover the cost of bills worry free throughout the year!

I have very recently attended this vets at opposite ends of dog lives, when my chihuahua needed to be pts and vet checks and injections for a litter of sausage dog puppies and the treatment I received was second to none. The respect and time needed to say my goodbyes to my much loved old girl was second to none and I received a lovely card and forget me not seeds which have been scattered around her grave. Also 5 puppies that were noisy had the utmost attention and not a single sound from them during the actual injection! Thank you

The vets at GP are professional and friendly. My cat had a very bad leg, and I was grateful that she was able to see her usual vet quickly. He examined her, took an x-ray, and understood and treated the problem the same day. She's much better now thanks to GP. Her insurance claim was sorted efficiently too.

Very friendly service and always on time. The nurses and vets treat all animals the same from my rats to my kitten. It's better than the vets I last had with my cat years ago. But shame not one closer to basingstoke town centre as its quite a way to go but still worth it.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful. Her cut was small and neat. Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.
