My dog developed painful pancreatitis and all I can say that his treatment was outstanding. He was seen immediately with much care and compassion. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. 🙂
I rang today for an appointment to have one of my cats put to sleep. As awful as the situation was, I really cannot impress just how great their service was. They were all amazing from the start, from booking in, to going through the process of euthanasia. Such a wonderful set up, such wonderful staff. Sorry, the only one whose name I remember is Ali, the vet. He was lovely. I cannot recommend this vets enough. A very positive experience from a horrid situation. Thank you all so very very much.
My dog has been a patient here 8 years, there seems to have been changes here for the better in regards to service and experience and compliance. Very satisfied compared to when we first come out of covid.
