Always an amazing service from these guys; they are very loving towards all animals which you want from a good vet and the team. They are also very understanding and accommodating.

Took my Kitten to the Vet for his vaccinations and his checkup and the staff was very helpful and insightful. Happily answering my questions no matter how stupid the questions were. Left with a very happy kitten

Over the years I have spent countless amounts of money visiting so many different vets. My cat has been ill for quite some time and no one has given me any real answers. I registered with Firgrove recently. Firstly, the receptionists are wonderful. They booked me in last minute and were incredibly kind on the phone. The vet I saw, Kristína, is absolutely amazing and she is such a nice, informative and patient person. I have been brushed off so many times by previous vets who have no real time to spare and have charged me astronomical amounts for very little progress or information. This was not the case at Firgrove. Kristína went through everything with me in detail, she took so long checking Bert over, discussing issues and solutions, going out of her way to help in any way she could. I got more help from her in an hour than I have done in 3 years. She also kept me updated via telephone. She did not do any unnecessary tests, or try and push me to spend £100’s on things that she genuinely didn’t think would work. She is an asset to the company, as are the receptionists, and I can’t thank them all enough. I very much appreciate their help and hard work.

Had to use them in an emergency for my cat. Brilliant work by the team. Tried their best to save him. So caring and compassionate.
