Portchester vets is very clean inside and out, and the receptionists are nice. The vets are brilliant and are kind and caring towards all animals especially my 2 fur babies, and they always talk to them and smooth them as a trust issue before doing anything, which is great as my fur babies don’t want to be in the vets and are a bit nervous (like a lot of animals are) I am always told of the prices about any medication or procedures needed, and all of my questions are answered so that I understand before I leave the surgery and the vet always comes back out to the reception with you once your appointment is finished and explains again if medication is received. Cannot fault Portchester Vets and would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleased with the way Blue was treated. He was very grumpy with them and they weren't phased atall even though he was growing all the time they were trying to talk to him. He doesn't like the vet's. Don't know why because they are so nice to him.

Brilliant vets, i have problems with my older cat. She HATES the vets and turns from a passive cat to a tasmanian devil! They sorted her completely! Phew!! My new kitten Alice, my little pocket rocket is actually totally fine going to the vets. Easy! All made good by a very good and homely vets! Thank you. X

Genuinely can't fault anyone in here! They went above and beyond for me and my little kitten frankie, who had to have his leg amputated on christmas eve! I can't recommend them enough, everyone in the practice has made me feel comfortable in this awful situation and guided me and frank though this hard time 🙂 big shout out to the young receptionist (sorry I don't know your name) and the vets Katie and Alex! Thankyou all so much

Caring staff put my little Frenchie back to rights today when her paw ballooned up & was very badly inflamed for some unknown reason. They were very good with her & she was happily walking around before we even left tbe surgery after the injections she was given. Im very pleased .
